A peculiar problem-Type2 Diabetes
I have a peculiar problem. 2 hours after my meal my readings are around 220. Thereafter about 3.5 hours after the meal (approx when sugar reading is 200) it rises and rapidly to a reading of approx 400 without my eating anything. From trial and error I have realized that if I quickly eat another meal

Walking
Dear Members, I have often read and come through suggestions that diabetics must take morning walks. Everyone who has diabetes start walking in the morning. However my understanding is that diabetics who do not follow LCHF diet must first decide how many kilometers they need to walk. Of the total

Is promoting LCHF to FH suffers "criminal"?
This happened back in the summer and there was quite a bit of press coverage including things like this: "Cardiologist Anthony Dalby labelled Noakes’ advice for heart patients to switch from their cholesterol-lowering medication to his [LCHF] diet as criminal." http://www.sabreakingnews.co.za/2014/08
