Statins
I am totally confused. I had a stent put in a blocked coronary artery one year ago. Couldn't take Simvastatin at first but when I tried with small doses over time, the side effects went away. I take Uniquinol to counter the effects of the statin. My LDL is now back to normal and I just ran my first 5k

COPD/Pulmonary Hypertension diagnosis
My latest diagnosis is pulmonary hypertension and my pulmomologist has advised that the only other possible treatment for me is a lung transplant. Are any of you suffering from pulmonary hypertension or have any of you considered such an option? Would love to hear your thoughts and opinions.

How do you cope with work/family?
I was diagnosed with Vasovagal Syncope almost 6 years ago, when I was pregnant. The doctors didn't want to give me any medication as they weren't sure how it would affect my baby, so I spent my entire pregnancy in bed as everytime I stood up I fainted. It seemed to dissapear for nearly three years and

Finally Reverse T3 labs
Hi, I finally got my own ReverseT3 results done on my own. I am seeing a new doctor and she did all the labs but I don't see her for another month to follow up. I am on 1 grain of Thai thiroid for about 3 weeks, after years of Levo. Have lots of work to do with high cortisol, low vitamin D and iron

Doing well on Inegy
Have been on statins for some years and more recently on the dual medication Inegy, which is 10mg ezetimibe & 20mg simvastatin, and am doing well on this and controlling the cholesterol level. Of course I still watch the fats & sugars, and have become fitter with running, thanks to the c25k programme
