I understand what you are saying. Just can't work out the figures. My total cholesterol is 4.5 and my triglycerides is 1.1 so I don't understand those figures and to what they relate.
After a blood test my results show figures with min and max for comparison and you can see if you are over or under (under is also bad, leads to dementia/Altzheimers).
Total cholesterol = 4, try= 2.5, HDL= 1.6 and LDL=1.9 UK numbers. The guide line numbers do and can vary depending up on medical condition of an individual. The numbers good or bad only your doctor or a specialist can answer the question.
Regular exercise and food and drinks intake control can help with healthy living.
We have to look at all the health parameters to monitor good health.
