Am diagnoised with diabetes in 2006 and my sugar level is not too bad.

My greatest problem is my high blood pressure which has been high for

the past two years 195/112 at times 185/115 and I have been on medication.

What can I do to bring down my blood pressure.

high blood pressure can be caused by a number of things.

some people experience 'white coat syndrome' which means their pressure may be elevated when taken by a doctor but might be normal at other times - presume that you have had monitoring over a period to rule this possibility out. Being overweight is another possibility. Do you know if your heart rate is also elevated - which could point to anaemia. B12 deficiency is another possibility. What has your GP looked at?
