length of zoladex and tobelone- side effects felt?
I have been having zoladex injections since November once a month. They advised HRT in Jan due to me experiencing headaches/hot flushes and brain fog (which at the time was the worst) . Since then the mood changes have been a lot to deal with feeling unhappy and down. My sleep pattern is interrupted

Could ovarian cancer and high TIBC (Total Iron Binding Capacity) be linked?
I was just looking back on my medical records and both last year and in 2022 and my TIBC was high both times but my iron was normal. The doctor said she didn't see any anemia, but it is odd that the TIBC was high since high TIBC means low levels of iron....yet iron was normal. All these things I'm looking

Hi Everyone, A year ago I was diagnosed the NAFLD Cirrhosis to summarise Child Scale A, Meld 7 and well compensated. I was having an endoscopy for something else. Initially was shocked, panicked and experienced a myriad of emotions. Iāve just had a review after a year my first scan, and liver function

Help boosting thyroid without medication?
Hello all I have posted before as my thyroid function is poor but always comes back in range (my TSH never rises even with low levels) so no chance of medication on the NHS (other than statins for high cholesterol which I refuse). I did some recent tests TSH 1.95 (0.27-4.2) T4 14.6 (12-22) T3

Mirena Coil Fatigue
Hi all, just looking for some advice or if you have had similar experience. I got diagnosed with acute stage 5 endometriosis in January, and the gynocologist fitted me with the mirena coil. I was told if this did t work Iād have to start HRT for 6-12 months, as you can imagine this was a lot to take

Tinnitus and Ear Wax
HiI have had tinnitus for 6 years now still no reason why as I have no hearing loss but know it started same time as menapause so was wondering if everyone tried HRT and if it helped? Thyroid UK list of practitioner recommendations please
I've just requested the above list and tbh, I don't know where to start. There's a consultant on there who I've already visited during this 'journey' who basically told me to go away and work on establishing a full dose HRT regime, referred me to a CFS clinic which never transpired and waved away low

Thyroid question please...
Hi everyone, I am writing to ask if you can have a sore thyroid without significant enlargement and with 'normal' bloods? I have had 'normal' bloods, it doesn't seem visually enlarged, though I feel like I am being strangled and have audible sounds when I swallow in my ears. When I move my head something
