Dexascan shows bone deterioration. Not keen on adcal so looking at Vit D3 supplement. Need to avoid K2.

I have been taking Alendronic Acid with no problems at all for 2.5 years. How long should one normally stay on this drug and should I be asking for another Dexa scan soon.

hello . This is my first post although I have been reading posts .I have fairly severe osteoporosis with T scores of - 3.7 in my spine and -3.3 in my hips.
