Having a low day and need reassurance and advice from those who've been where I am
Today is a hard day. I feel like my hope in getting a positive outcome ever with this horrendous process called IVF is seriously waning. TRIGGER WARNING as mentions pregnancy and loss... As some of you may know, 3 years ago I had an unassisted pregnancy that ended in a second trimester TMFR due to

5 follicles
Hi all, I went for a afc scan yesterday they found 5 follicles. The largest ones in each measuring 3mm each and the rest smaller. Will I be a good candidate to do ivf with these follicles? Many thanks in advance x

sensitive 7 week scan: pregnancy in unknown location - miscarriage looming
Hi ladies, I hope you are all holding up ok today. I don’t think I really have a point to this message but just need to get out how I feel with people who understand I went in for my 7 week scan today and they can’t find anything. It’s so heart breaking to again see an empty womb. I’m still testing

Cancelled cycle high responder to low response! The irony 🤯
Updated: Morning everyone. Just an update from me. Had my second scan this morning and still only 2 follicles are responding (10mm and 14mm) I've said I want to cancel and am waiting on Dr calling me. It's a very unusual response given that I spent all of last year battling with over responding, ohss

endo and ttc
hi everyone, hope you’re well ❤️ We have been ttc 3+ years and I’ve just had my first failed round of IVF. I was diagnosed about 15 years ago, I am now 35. I don’t suffer your typical endo pains and my scans and tests etc don’t show ‘serious’ endo - although I was diagnosed previously with stage 4

Do they let IVF/ISCI pregnancies go to 40 weeks?
I've been doing NCT classes and the women running them keeps saying that they will be offering to induce me soon as they don't allow IVF pregnancies get to 40 weeks. My midwife has not mentioned this at all we have an appointment tomorrow so will ask then. As I'm 37+2 I would of thought it would of discussed

First cycle. What a rollercoaster. How do you do you cope with the highs and lows?
This is our first round of IVF and we are already learning so much. The first thing is how absolutely amazing this community is, we have so much admiration for the resilience and strength of everyone going through fertility treatments. It’s been a rollercoaster. Stimulation went well and we collected

Losing focus
Hi guys I'm not entirely sure of the purpose of this post guess I'm just looking to not be alone in these thoughts. Although I'm not even sure I can explain it properly.I feel like I have kind of lost the focus of my fertility journey. I seem to be so focused on getting pregnant (and staying pregnant

Only 2 follicles halfway scan 😭😭😭
The roller coaster of Ivf continues! I've just had my halfway scan and I've only 2 follicles responding. I've always had about 11 at this stage and i had 7 follicles at my baseline last week. My stims have been slightly reduced this time but not by enough to get that result! I know each cycle is different

Mild v Stim IVF help? and anyone with experiences at London IVF, Create and CRGH?
I am so confused. Last year I had two IVF rounds with ICSI that unfortunately didn't result in pregnancy or any frozen eggs. The first was on the NHS and the second was in Prague. I have been paraylised about what to do next. Partly because it the process took an emotional tool and partly because

3rd Failed FET
Not the post I was hoping to share but today was my OTD and was hit in the face with another BFN…we’re devastated. Thought we would be 3rd time lucky but clearly not. I’m waiting to hear back from the clinic regarding my result in regards as to what will happen next. We only have one more NHS funded

fertilisation rate changes
hi all :) seeking any stories of people who have had drastic changes in their fertilisation rates between cycles. I have had one icsi cycle where we had no eggs fertilise (4 mature) and about to have my second cycle (split ivf and icsi), and I’m terrified we will have zero fertilisation again. Only positives

Lower tummy and back pain on frozen IVF cycle
Hello, It's been 3 years since I last posted on here. My wife (Im a guy) are going through our third round of IVF - this is our first frozen cycle. It's been a long journey to get where we are and have been fortunate enough to have a 2 year old daughter through natural pregnancy (wife fell pregnant inbetween
