MS for at least 36 years
My MS was diagnosed in 1980 after several years of symptoms. I was on Avonex for 3 years (2001-2004) and then Copaxone (2006-2009) but currently am taking no MS drugs, though I do take 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily. I taught in the Chicago City College system for several years and have a Ph.D. I also

I'm new here. I need help with lab results and what to say to endo consultant
I had Graves' disease just after I turned 22 and had RAI treatment nearly a year and a half after diagnosis. I have been on levothyroxine for 15-16 years before an endo consultant put me on T4/T3 trial last year March. I managed to get a copy of my latest blood test results yesterday to bring with me

Vitamin K2 - can soy affect thyroid meds?
I have a questions about Vitamin K (Mk-7 which is from soy). I have heard that those on thyroxine are supposed to avoid soy, as it affects the function of Levo - is that true - does anyone know or have experience of this? I want to take Vitamin D3 (I have osteoporosis), and have researched that it is

Intimate gyn dryness tips
This week there have been several discussions on forum about gynaecological dryness. Something of which I have plenty of experience. Last year my local Lupus UK group asked me to write an article for our newsletter, which got lots of appreciation. So, just in case it could be useful to someone, here
