The importance of training your legs (if you can, of course)
Here's how:
- Hormonal Response:
Leg exercises, especially those that engage large muscle groups (like squats and deadlifts), can lead to an increase in the secretion of growth hormones ( and
testosterone
, but this is not the case on ADT).

testosterone boosters after ADT?
I saw some “
testosterone
support” from Wieder at the store and am considering it. It augments these two with some herbs and a lot of Vitamin B6 and B12. I’m wondering if anyone has tried this or has a view regarding PCa. I’m not sure about the B12 in particular.

Erleda and Memory Issues
Has anyone else had this issue and switched to a different kind of
testosterone
receptor prohibitor? His PSA is at a .09 so it is working well… but maybe will have success with another kind? Speaking with his oncologist on Friday. Any experiences or advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Note: Supplementation with DHEA may increase
testosterone
and/or estradiol levels I wasn't sure what HPA axis dysfunction meant (Googled but none the wiser) Should I speak to my GP regarding this, or take supplements/medication? Advice much appreciated

Help with bloods
I have an appointment today with my doctor to look at changing my HRT from Evrol Conti 50 and
testosterone
. I have started having bleeds (mostly dark/blood clots). They have done a scan and i've had a biopsy which is ok so they want to change my HRT.

Questioning a Thyroid issue
I have put these symptoms down to insufficient free
Testosterone
, on account of my high SHBG. However, when discussing my SHBG with a lady in a hormone support group, she questioned my Thyroid. I have had Thyroid checked a few times over the last years, and they have been within range.

Penis Enlargement After Atrophy
Just had my first erection in 4 years after 4th injection of
testosterone
. Very disappointed in the decrease in size as I am literally 1/2 the man I used to be (lol).

Help! cascade of hormonal events after Covid booster! Not sure where to turn next…
I then added Androfemme
testosterone
last year after a blood test showed i was ‘low’. I knew i was as had zero energy and could not do my normal level of sport and exercise. It worked amazingly and I got my zest back. Have always been fit and healthy and very very active.

ART ADT n Life Without Testosterone for Prostate Cancer Patients
For me, even after having hired a ‘sexual health’ specialist, I was not counseled on what long term ADT and lack of TET (
testosterone
) would do to my sexual function.

Has anyone tried testosterone ?
I read somewhere that
testosterone
was helpful in dealing with the disease. Has anyone tried this? I am a woman and I remember
testosterone
was helpful during menopause. I just rubbed it on my belly. I'm now 74 and wondering if I should use it to relieve symptoms of Fibro.

Was Chemo "Successful"?
Also my
testosterone
is virtually undetectable due to castration. So it looks like the rise is due at least in part to castrate resistant PC cells.

Testosterone post ADT
My t level is coming back very slowly following salvage radiation + 6 months ADT. I’m 60 years old and after nearly 18 months still have difficulty gaining muscle mass and losing this gut. The good news is my PSA is still undetectable. Any suggestions?

I fired my oncologist
I'm wondering about adding Arimidex and/or Finasteride to suppress E2 and DHT since there are some theories that they, not
testosterone
, are what fuels PCa.
