Test results advice
Hi, could anyone advise on these test results? I have family history of hypothyroid on one side, and autoimmune diseases on the other side. Ive been feeling progressively more awful over the last year or so, but for ages the GP and I put it down to depression and I accepted a higher dose of citalopram

This recent paper indicates gluten-free diet can be a useful aid for women with Hashimoto's:

Can C/L and venlaxafine ( effexor/ SSNRI) possibly be the reason I experience some symptoms ?,?
I really need some advice. I think perhaps some of my symptoms may be caused by one or more of my medications. I received a DAT SCAN (showed loss of dopamine in the right and left side of my brain) in 2015 confirming that I have Parkinson's but because my progression seems to be faster than most ,

Undiagnosed Endometriosis from lap and Orilissa. Do I have endo?
Hi all, I recently had a laparoscopy with my OBGYN that left me without answers. He said that I had blisters/possible endometriosis on my ovary, but it didn't explain my pain. Since then I've had my case looked over by a specialist who said that I probably have stage one endometriosis. He also wanted

Endometriosis and various allergies
Just wondering. Having had severe endometriosis since I was 17 and I’m now 48 I've suffered very many kinds of nasty allergies over the years, does anyone else have chronic allergies too? I’m talking allergies to cosmetics, shampoos, perfumes, essential oils, skin rashes, rosacea, contact dermatitis.

Gluten free
My next step, in this journey, is to try a gluten free diet. I’ve done some reading and am a little overwhelmed. It seems like everything contains gluten. Any suggestions on where to start? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I hope everyone is well and managing their symptoms. Just to provide a history of what’s been going on. For over a year I have been having problems with my stomach. - a feeling of fullness and bloating in my stomach. This is always present and never goes away regardless of whether I eat

Pain in bones? & Budwig protocol?
I had my 3rd bone injection a few weeks ago and now I have really bad bone pain. Is this a bad sign? My knees are really hurting today. I’m 7 months in to Letrozole - does that hurt knees? I’m so fed up with all of this. Has anyone tried the budwig protocol? Cottage cheese and flaxseed oil?

I was newly diagnosed with a wheat allergy. I decided it would be easiest to follow a gluten free diet. I’ve doing great eating vegetables, fruits, proteins. Nothing out of the ordinary for me. Just no wheat. Well, this is the 4th day GF and I’m getting major hot flashes, tingly all over my body and

Sebaceous cysts? Anyone know how to shrink them?
I removed a cyst on my head when I was a child and it simply grew back within one year. I find them so difficult to get rid of and I'm not sure how to; I can't keep having surgery. Does anyone know how to get rid of them naturally? I've tried castor oil and aloe vera with no success.
