B12 and brain fog?
I don't post very often as it has seemed up until now that my 1mg, self-administered monthly B12 injection seems to have been enough. My recent health has though taken a nosedive with ridiculous weight gain and increasing brain fog: I'm nearly 20 stone (127kg or 280lbs) now having been a manageable

Brain fog, other symptoms, dosage, B12 deficiency and testing?
I don't post very often as having had the radioiodine treatment for hyperthyroidism, I thought that my position was now permanent and I only needed the annual thyroid function tests my doctor (new this year) takes every year. I may still do. My recent health has though taken a nosedive with ridiculous

Medical Issues & RLS/PLMD
Hi all. I have recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease (CD) and now wonder how much of my RLS/PLMD could be the result of an iron and/or other nutritional deficiency. More recently, Ketone Esters are said to be even more potent than MCT oil. This video is from Dr Newport's talk. I've started looking

6 week dietary detox. Anyone want to join me? My goal is to have as optimum a diet as possible as part of my personal wellness program.
Tomorrow I am starting what I call my Optimum Self Care Dietary Detox. The impetus is to slow (hopefully stop) PD but I prefer to tell myself it is for “optimum wellness.” (If you want to tell me I’m delusional for thinking my diet can stop PD, please consider it as a coping skill. my self talk
