How long should I continue with bicalutamide after radiotherapy?
wanted me to stay on the drug for another 6 months, but in my last visit I told him that I wanted to get off it sooner because I feel it is delaying my return to strength, creating mood swings, hindering my faltering libido, and giving me some breast swelling and pain, for which he prescribed 10 mg of

Hi ….from a newly dx’d comrade from the UK
Drs Initial plan was for removal,
tamoxifen
& chemo….but that may have changed since MRI Undecided if I should just go for mastectomy though and I’ve read that
tamoxifen
is better for pre-menopausal women. Would welcome any advice or tips on navigating this journey.

remove ovaries or not? Confused & worried!
At the end of the 5 years, no advice from go or anyone else I stopped the
tamoxifen
cold turkey, in the USA I found out they recommend a slower withdrawal, anyhow (sorry I am getting there!)

I had breast cancer 4.5 years ago (lumpectomy and radiotherapy only - very lucky) and have been on
tamoxifen
since then. Due to finish
tamoxifen
in July 2024. Apparently the taking of this drug increased my chances of endometrial cancer … and that’s what I had. Stage 1B.

Ibrance questions
Hi there I recently started Ibrance and
tamoxifen
. I am wondering if there are any supplements we should not take with Ibrance? Does anyone know if curcumin is OK or not? Just checking to see what anyone knows about what supplements we should not take with Ibrance.

Tamoxifen switch to Femara (letrozole)
Hello, I was put on
tamoxifen
for about 2 months but went off due to side effects (brain fog, depression). It's been about 2 weeks off, and I feel pretty normal again. My doctor has prescribed Femara to see if I do any better. Does anyone have experience on Femara (letrozole) ?

I am currently taking anastrozole, have tried letrozole, and
tamoxifen
. Am having a really hard time with joint pain, fatigue and some depression (which I already had before the breast cancer). I walk for 2+ miles 3 times per week but I still feel tired and fatigued with terrible knee pain.

Enzalutamide/Xtandi monotherapy as ADT with fewer side effects than Lupron
You can take
tamoxifen
10-20 mg to avoid that. Radiation of the breast will also help when done before starting with Enzalutamide monotherapy. Another side effect is fatigue. The Embark study will report on further side effects of this therapy.

Letrozole/CTD agony. Yoga is better than massage says Med Research!
I'm hoping to swap to another option, one I'd not heard of - Aromasin, also called EXEMESTANE - as the
Tamoxifen
made my white blood cells plummet to a bad degree and I had no energy at all so had to come off it. If any of you are on the Aromasin, please let me know how you find/found it?

Tamoxifen
Hello Everyone, I wonder if anyone can help, please, I have been on
Tamoxifen
for 5 months now and the side effects are awful. The fatigue is the worst thing and it comes as complete weakness to the point that I cannot function, or walk or anything but sit down.

Letrozole(Femara) /joint pain threads continued.....
Although Letrozole works better than
Tamoxifen
it is better on your body. When I go back in May, we will do both a CT Scan and a Bone scan. HE TELLS ME IF I AM NED FOR THE NEXT 3 YEARS, HE WILL TAKE ME OFF ALL MEDICATIONS! WHAT???
