Until and unless you hear negative news, try not to burden yourself with fear and dread. Fear and dread actually increase risk. Also, know that advanced in detection and treatment have been amazing, and many diagnosed today will survive things that were previously death sentences. In the meantime, do everything that is sensible to prevent cancer. Exercise, consider a vegan diet plus cold water fish, take up yoga, reduce stress, get great sleep naturally. Take control of your health by becoming the healthiest possible you. If you get diagnosed, focus on recovery and do something you love every single day.
