Help needed (SVT, bradycardia, arrhythmia generally)
A month ago I stopped taking it completely, which actually resolved the bradycardia, but after 3 days I had the familiar impending sense of oncoming SVT with accompanying
tachycardia
so I took a dose and promptly ended up feeling like I was going to keel over again an hour later with a low hr.

Discouraged
If that’s not enough I still have
tachycardia
episodes. Have any of you been on rythmal (norpace) or tikysin. Right now I take metropolol which makes me sick if I take more than 25mg and 25 doesn’t seem to be helping anymore. I fear an avnode ablation is down the road for me.

caught on my five day monitor.

Managing exercise and stress following an ablation
On the AF/Atrial
Tachycardia
front I can report that I have had no AF since my heart converted to Atrial
Tachycardia
early June and have had no Atrial
Tachycardia
to speak of since the ablation (No. 7) - 10 weeks ago.

Newbie still undiagnosed
I am going through the process of being monitored for atrial eptopics and slight
tachycardia
at my local hospital. I am still confused by the whole process and still coming to terms with what might be happening to me, as when I speak to the specialist it seems to go in one ear and out the other.

Help!
Since then I have also been diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic
Tachycardia
Syndrome as well as Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. I just had my 12 week blood draw done 2 weeks ago and got the results back today and all my levels were within normal range.

Hi
from the ventricles.. his words were “this is far far more dangerous”... he then said I’d need an mri to take a look at what’s going on....also asked me if anyone in my family has dropped dead suddenly that I know of, as you can imagine this has hit me for six, I’ve googled non sustained ventricular

New here, but not new to AF and ectopic beats.
My AF began, I believe, when I was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease (hyperthyroidism) in 2004 treated with Atenolol (to bring the associated
tachycardia
under control) until the Carbimozole brought my thyroxine levels down.

Not good news
of her team to ring me back I’ve just got off the phone to one of her registrars who said that they’d noticed a short run of fast heart rate, however it wasn’t from the atria so was nothing to do with the ablation or af... this had come from the ventricles, and was far far more dangerous than atria

Complications from left atrial ablation
I have suffered from
tachycardia
and exercise intolerance for over a year. This was suppose to fix my problem. I know its only been a few days, my
tachycardia
seems worse and ive been experiencing left sided numbness in face, leg and toes.

Tachycardia
However, when I saw my cardiologist for the first and only time (I have been discharged back to my GP), I forgot to tell him that I have pretty regular

Simplifying the complex vagal issue
This is my first area of confusion, which then leads to more befuddling when I read about AF being triggered by either a slowed heart rate (well-toned vagus nerve), or by ectopics and
tachycardia
(low vagal tone).

had a fast heart rate since Friday eve.
I had a cardioversion back in may the year for atrial flutter, PAF ,and
tachycardia
. All has been well until Friday eve when I felt a change. Seems to be in a regular beat but fast, around 110 resting rate. Tried to stay calm (difficult) as I have a lot going on at the moment.
