How to cope when appointments are so delayed.
I have SLE and am under cardiology for investigation due to
tachycardia
. My Rheumatologists think it may be PoTS. The cardiologists have done loads of tests but are yet to give a diagnosis.

Details around flecainide organising atrial fibrillation into an atrial tachy
The flecainide can organise atrial fibrillation into an atrial tachy but it has no effect on the AV node, therefore is no rate control [/i]I'm asking because if I ever have issues they always seem to be post exercise and always start with Atrial

Non alcoholic fatty liver
I also have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (hypermobility type), Postural orthostatic
tachycardia
Syndrome and a few other conditions. I was wondering does anyone here have non alcoholic fatty liver disease? Do you see anyone to check it's progress? Can it be linked to Hashimotos Thyroiditis?

Just to note the reason for the MRI was palpitations and
tachycardia
post covid and my consultant believes I had a degree of myocarditis based on my symptoms and inverted T-waves on an ecg when I was having chest pain and attended A&E.

Nightmare with(out) flecainide. Cannot get help from NHS.
I took metoprolol and it dropped back down to 75ish, but I really did not feel well, and got tingling hands, which has been the precursor to severe
tachycardia
three times in 12yrs.

Atrial Tachycardia ablation coming up
But they couldn’t trigger the atrial
tachycardia
. Since it’s become even more frequent since the last ablation, I decided to give it another go. Dreading it even more than normal since our local hospital has stopped requiring Covid tests and dropped mask requirements.

Kardia Readings - feels like Bingo!
Since starting this, I’ve recorded a number of different things as follows: - wide QRS complex x 3 - atrial fibrillation x 18 - PVCs (premature ventricular contractions) x 4 -
Tachycardia
x 5 - Sinus rhythm with supraventricular ectopy x 2 This is without taking the unclassified and normal ECG

Hypertension/Postural Hypotension
I was on Bisoprolol 1.25mg for
tachycardia
for several years, then hypertension started and we added in Amlodipine 5mg. All was fairly well until 18 months ago, BP going higher and diagnosed with postural hypotension.
