Just a quick one. Saw an EP yesterday, he stated because I have ectopic beats, missed beats and upside down beats, he can't prescribe me with anything to help with my symptoms for Sinus Tachycardia.
Please can anyone suggest anything to help I've literally been left to deal with symptoms on my own and ivd not been given any advice on anything 😞

If a medical professional with access to your medical records can't suggest something then I doubt unqualified strangers on the Internet are going to be much use to you.
It's not a good position to be in though and there's going to be more going on than in one short post - so go back to your GP to see what the next steps are.
If you get palpitations, I find breathing exercises help me through mine - there's loads of examples on YouTube and apps that help with this.
Yes I know I was just wondering if anyone had any techniques they can recommend that's all as I've tried a few and I've learnt my triggers so am able to avoid episodes - just my awareness is so strong I feel symptoms are constantly are there
Did EP suggest looking at self care and triggers? Like managing stress and stimulants in your diet such as caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol..Exercise to improve quality of life and to maintain a healthy heart?
That's something I already do, I don't have caffeine what so ever, I don't drink I don't smoke ans I've cut alot of stress out of my life for that reason - only stress atm is kids 😅😂 but that's just usual day to day life. Was just hoping someone has any techniques that helps with their symptoms they could advise.
