Hawthorn supplement helped
My mom had AF (
tachycardia
) for 40 yrs and my brother has V tach, so it's very much genetic. I saw the cardiologist in Jan and was put on Cardizem. Didn't tolerate because I already have normal/low BP and it was keeping it too low, also gave me severe headaches.

Some good news
Hopefully this is positive news for the future, but I still feel the chest pain and have the bouts of
tachycardia
along with the pain in my legs (going to pay for a local podiatrist I think to do a ABPI test to try and put my mind further at rest).

Tachycardia
I had an ablation 7 weeks ago for atrial flutter. Was taking digoxin and flecanide 50 for Ist month but because it made my pulse going too slow in sinus rhythm I stopped taking meds except dabigatran . Maintained sinus with some ectopics at about 70 to 80 bpm till a couple of days ago when My heart

Random Tachycardia
TL;DR: I have random
tachycardia
episodes but no idea why. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you resolve it permanently?

I have had Atrial
Tachycardia
/ SVT with one ablation in 2021, then a break from the SVT, then return of SVT since last December. I had a failed ablation in March and have had a bunch of failed medication trials due to side effects.

tachycardia
I've booked an appointment with my GP as I often have episodes where my heart rate is above 100 when sitting down. Usually around 115 bpm or less but above 100. When I have an anxiety attack it can go over 120 bpm. I take Clozapine and think that might be the reason why. My Apple watch warns me when

Fluid retention affecting feet especially left foot and possibly causing breathing problems?
Pace maker inserted recently to stop heart going too slow with Bisoprolol 10 mg and Diltiazem 240mg to prevent heart trying to race - it goes into episodes of
Tachycardia
lasting several days. My GP let me have Furosemide for four weeks.

Holter results, bradycardia as predicted...
Rare moments of sinus
tachycardia
with a total duration of less than 01 minute. The analysis of the HR graph, the tachogram, and the analysis by the sleep apnea module DID NOT detect events compatible with hypopnea or obstructive sleep apnea. Absence of ventricular ectopic arrhythmias.

Can Alcohol trigger Tachycardia?
But a week ago I had a serious event where I was informed my ICD nearly went off due to uncontrollable
Tachycardia
that lasted 10 seconds. This is the first significant event since my heart attack.

Wenckebach and Tachycardia
Hello, what would be the treatment for 25 year old who regularly exercises but reaches 180-190s heart rate almost every workout, even Pilates. Constantly in 140s-150s heart rate just by walking. Resting HR high 80s. Already ruled out any deadly tachycardias. But they also have Wenckebach during wake

Superventicular Tachycardia attack
Last Saturday my pulse started going up and ended up on 208 bpm consistently . I believe if was heat related. Ambulance finally turned up about 2 and half hours and after diagnosis they decided to take me to hospital on blue light flashing, was promptly seen by a doctor who first tried physical correction

Arrhythmia and Afib are they the same ?
I have no idea whether my arrhythmia has a more precise definition such as AFib or Paroxysmal
Tachycardia
etc ? Also is it unusual to have arrhythmia and not be prescribed a specific medication ?

Pace and ablate for atrial tachycardia?
Has anyone here ever had pace and ablate where their problem has been mainly/solely atrial
tachycardia
rather than AF? And, if so, was the PM 1 lead, 2 lead or 3 lead?

watchman device implant
The cardioversions have all been for A-flutter and
tachycardia
. An A-flutter ablation, which is my next step, has a 90+% success rate. With this ablation AND a Watchman, I think I might get off the A-fib carousel. Have any of you had experience with a Watchman device? What is your take?

It wasn't so fast as to be
tachycardia
, just faster than usual for me, with no afib. I think it was related, because the next morning, boom, another afib episode about 7:30 am. I took a flecainide, that went away in about 2 hours, and then I was fine - no lingering effects. I felt normal.

flecainide
It is set at 60 I’m told but whenever we take my BP snd pulse it always says 70 I had to have it as my heart rate was in the low 30s Pacing unit says it is my heart taking over with the atrial fibrillation and
tachycardia
so my EP said to double my flecainide.

Atrial Flutter ablation blanking period?
I had a PVI ablation at the end of July, which my EP says is 'going well' in that a Zio monitor fitted because of continuous
tachycardia
that developed and what I thought were AF episodes, has shown NO AF, just Atrial Flutter. Good news!
