I have had Atrial Tachycardia/ SVT with one ablation in 2021, then a break from the SVT, then return of SVT since last December. I had a failed ablation in March and have had a bunch of failed medication trials due to side effects. Have been on Metroprolol, Propranolol, Diltiazem, Flecainide, and the doctor now wants to try Norpace. The EP thinks my SVT is vagally mediated. Anyone have any experience with Norpace?
Thanks!

Hi Megan, Unfortunately I haven’t any experience with Norpace but I take Flecanide and Bisoporol which does lessen episodes of my SVT. I feel where you are coming from as I was free from SVT after a successful ablation for 14 years when it came back. Another ablation was performed but no luck this time although they did ablate a couple of spots and I’m not getting the longer episodes as before. I wish you well.
