Wenckebach and Tachycardia

Hello,

what would be the treatment for 25 year old who regularly exercises but reaches 180-190s heart rate almost every workout, even Pilates. Constantly in 140s-150s heart rate just by walking. Resting HR high 80s. Already ruled out any deadly tachycardias. But they also have Wenckebach during wake times maybe like 1-2 short episodes per week.

Thank you!

Wenckebach isn’t usually treated unless the pauses cause symptomatic bradycardia, mine did so I have a pacemaker. To slow my heart rate I take Bisoprolol.
