Hi All, Following on from my last post, the Dr reduced my Levo (
Synthroid
) down from 150mg to 125mg because in her opinion I was over medicated.

Cytomel (T3) only or along with NDT (T3&T4)?
How do i know if I'm to do Cytomel alone, or combine it with my
Synthroid
-S, which is a NDT comparable to Armor.

Update for all of my friends
She also insisted that I drop back down to 50 of
synthroid
once i start 5 of cytomel. My question everyone is what do you think? If my TSh was tactically at 4 on 50
synthroid
, with or without the new add in I thought I should stay on the alternating.

I was in hospital for a week in January and they said my
synthroid

Trying to find a pattern or reason for symptoms need them under control
After reading and learning and talking to others convinced my doctor to give me
synthroid
. Started on 25mg daily. Within 2 weeks was extremely worse. Switched to armour thyroid 15mcg. Was still bad. Told here to increase every 2 weeks until at 90mcg or until feel better.

New here, introducing myself and have a question
coming to the end of perimenopause (I’ll be 55 in October), my antibodies (Tg Ab only, not Anti TPO) have risen again: April 23, 2015: TgAB: 236 (Range < 40) TSH 1.84 (Range .3 – 4) July 7, 2016: TgAB: 189 (Range < 40) TSH 3.96 (Range .3 – 4) My doctor started me on 25mcg of

Synthroid anyone?
Should I insist my GP allows me to try
Synthroid
or similar first? I have been told there is a 50/50 chance of bleeding to death with this surgery. Not very good odds. Thanks for any information.

Absorption: Thyroxine: Low stomach acid, Hashimoto's - and Pernicious Anaemia
The paper was actually proving that a new type of thyroxine gel capsule could be absorbed more easily by people with low stomach acid, than
Synthroid
or Levothyroxine.

Forgot to mention... please read previous post.
I've taken levothyroxin all my life, switched to
synthroid
for just one month of the 112mg . Decided to go back to levothyroxin with my new dosage 125mg was told by a friend to stick with brand I've always used. Does it really matter?
