Ordering Synthroid from New Zealand
Hi Everyone, I placed an order yesterday for
Synthroid
from New Zealand and the order confirmation came through and said that I can either take the form to my bank or to my favourite money transfer service. On the form is specifically asks to send the payment in GBP and 'not to convert'.

dessicated thyroid is not working
It doesn't seem to matter if I am on
Synthroid
or NDT. I feel so tired and zombie like after I take thyroid medicine. I can feel the fatigue kick in about a half hour after taking it. What could be causing this? Has anyone else had issues with fatigue and becoming ill after taking a thyroid dose?

New results and I need help
I told her i need more
synthroid
maybe 75 every day or most days and 10 of cytomel instead of the 5mcg. She said no!!! She said my TSH is too low! I told her it is suppressed from taking T3 now. She said no way.

Hi, My Name is Debbie, I'm new here, just wanted to introduce myself. I have hashimoto's and I have bipolar.
I was taken off
synthroid
(Levoxyl) and put on 120 mg of armour thyroid, at which time I began to feel so much better, but only a month later put on nature throid 97.5 mg and my symptoms have started returning. sound right? any suggestions?

MSM
I have not taken it because i am waiting for my body to fully adjust to the new
Synthroid
dose and the addition of T3 before starting that. It is suppose to be great for acne & inflammation in my joints. Have any of you tried or currently take MSM?

Cytomel- HELP!
Have taken
Synthroid
for many years. Never felt 100% but just delt with it. Saw a new dr in my drs office ...she put me on Cytomel...wow I felt a difference. I went for my check up and she is no longer there! (She moved back to her home state). My old school dr said he never prescribes Cytomel.

What do you suppose I was on? asks the new one...
I am simply going off
Synthroid
T4 which I know means needing to move up slowly on NDT T3/T4. If I did that it would be a massive drop in the T3 my body is used to. Note: I did stop the Levothyroxine (
Synthroid
) 50mcg before beginning the ThyroGold at around 120mg at bedtime and 75mg around noon.

Does this seem right?
Yesterday I received an official diagnosis of: Hypothyroid secondary to Hashimotos and have been prescribed
Synthroid
25mcg. Does this seem right and good to start medication?

Minocycline and Alternatives Update
My thyroid (I take
Synthroid
) is in range for the first time in probably 20 years. My D3 is 68, which is the highest it has been in 25 or 30 years. My RA factor is now in the middle of the range, my sed rate is actually 15. The only test that is out of range is my CR-P - inflammation.

DANGER?
I stopped taking
synthroid
6 months ago after 21 years of filling prescriptions since being treated with radioactive iodine. My decision for cessation is based on my personal health goals from year 55 (b. 1961) onward to the end.

Labs opinion
I'm doubtful that this new regimen of
Synthroid
88 mcg and Cytomel 5 mcg is going to bring my labs up enough for me to feel better. And, I doubt she is going to prescribe any increases in the Cytomel and maybe not even the
Synthroid
due to the low TSH.

One month = different results
Doc ordered recheck of TPO and a script for
Synthroid
25 mcg. Have also gone off gluten and dairy. She gave me a diagnosis of hypothyroid secondary to Hashimotos. This all sound correct and a good course of action?

Weakness, meds or the disease?
I currently am on 50/75 alternating days of brand
synthroid
and cytomel (finally taking whole 5 mg of the T3 now) and if you know about this, is there a way to get your strength back or is this it for me? I feel as though i am still under medicated. Thanks in advance.
