Hi there, just wondered if anyone on here can tell me if ‘Influenza A H3’ is ‘swine flu’ ? (I have researched, but still unsure of the answer) Thank you in advance 🙏🏼☺️

I went to their headquarters in Bangkok in late 2019 and was told that due to an outbreak of swine flu in the region, they had to stop manufacturing Thiroyd NDT. I grabbed 600 pills of Thiroyd from the 50th pharmacy in Bangkok so that lasted me a few months and I ran out.

hello - I’m 52yo lady with LBBB - this was diagnosed 10+ years ago after having swine flu. I had an angiogram back then and Dr advised my heart was healthy. They thought my chest pain could be muscular.

The last time was in 2011 with swine flu. This time the doctor wanted me on 25mg/day of prednisolone for 5 days and then to stop. I requested a lower dose and I went on 10 mg/day. After five days I had improved but when I went to 5mg/day, the symptoms returned.

I was put in an induced coma because of the swine flu. I was that poorly, I still have flash backs now, and the dreams I had are surreal.

Now whole body feels like it did when I had swine flu years back feels like need to lay on floor with foot and knee swollen up struggle just to get in shower it’s crazy and need to wear shoes in bed due to toes cramp otherwise. I have been give course of steroids,.

That took me 2,5 months after the swine flu!! My treatment: I refused the paxlovid.

I developed PMR in 2020 after my first FLU vaccination in 44 years, I had the Swine FLU vaccination in 1976 which also made me very sick. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi everyone, I'm still struggling to get any Thyroid S, and understand there is a shortage around the world due to millions of pigs having to be slaughtered as they have swine flu, that's my first worry.

My doc wants me to take vaccine for swine flu, hepatitis B and pneumococcus - has anyone taken vaccines while on Hydrea ? Is it safe - considering hydrea is essentially tuning down the immune system?

I am aware there is a looong delay in obtaining some of these products due to Swine flu and Covid so would bovine thyroid be a better option? How do I decide which is the most viable route for me and how would I decide what dosage to start? I assume it will all be a bit trial and error?

I also had swine flu when that was about. I have tried ringing my GP for advise but was sternly informed that the GP’s could not advise on individual cases. I am very concerned for my health as I am a nurse and therefore by the very nature of my work I can not socially distance myself.

One more point, 60 minutes UK did a piece on a farmer on his deathbed with the Swine Flu (H1N1) and brought back to life with Vitamin C.
