LBBB advice

hello - I’m 52yo lady with LBBB - this was diagnosed 10+ years ago after having swine flu. I had an angiogram back then and Dr advised my heart was healthy. They thought my chest pain could be muscular.

I have episodes of pain now and again and it’s usually in the early hours of the morning when I am woken with a squeezing sensation in my chest and shooting pains up to my neck. It happens a few times a year but scares me as lasts for around 5 mins.

I do have high BP that is managed with losartan, but apart from that fairly healthy.

Does anyone know what is happening when I am getting that squeezing pain and whether I should get checked each time? I have private healthcare through work so not sure if there’s anything more they can do, or just live with it.

So glad I found this forum. Thank you.

Hello :-)

Over years things can change and even if you did not have private health care I would say get it checked out

There maybe a simple explanation why this happens but a good idea to get it checked

Let us know how you get on :-) x
