hysteroscopy or not?
I have never had any infection or
surgery
that would cause scarring, and as I am 43 and was on the pill for 20 years I think my lining likely is what it is and a hysteroscopy won’t find anything. I feel it’s just needlessly delaying my treatment which I’m desperate to start.

Problems with T3 treatment
I spoke with my GP
surgery
who offered me a cancellation appointment for an ECG which was normal, blood pressure high but that could just have been the stress. I have also tried to make contact with the thyroid consultant as I'm not sure what to do next. Any advice gratefully received.

Bisoporol instead of Tildiem
We thought we would ask our
surgery
pharmacist for more tablets but she said can’t do as they might react with her heart medicine which is Tildiem Retard 180mg twice a day. Despite phone calls and emails to our Glos cardiologist there is no reply.

Thank you
I have given the
surgery
in the past all the information regarding iron levels for RLS patients but obviously a further test was not thought necessary ( l would guess that it is at least 12 months since l had one) Thank you again for all your help

A quick update for those that remember my recent posts about the Ablation complications!
Ablation 16/3, artery got damaged, 3 outpatient appointments, 2 failed attempts at thrombin infusion under ultrasound, emergency 3 day admission to hospital with emergency pseudoaneurysm and arteriovenous fistula repair (pretty major
surgery
involving patching the damaged artery with cow veins) .

6 weeks after surgery - am I doing ok?
Coming up to 6 weeks post
surgery
, I feel like I’m doing ok physically but just wanted a bit of a sanity check to see if I’m progressing well. I’m driving, can walk maybe 3500 steps a day, doing some laptop work & light housework. I get tired each day but can’t sleep easily at all.

Carboplatin alternatives
I had 6 cycles of Carboplatin and Paclitaxel, radical
surgery
, two more chemo cycles then Niraparib for just over a year until it stopped working and my CA125 began to rise rapidly.
Surgery
was considered and dismissed following PET scan and I then had six cycles of Caelyx with Carboplatin.

zsr circumcision, ring appears tighter & swelling in the portion between glans & ring.
Right after the
surgery
I pointed out to the doctor, that there was a swelling in the area between the ring and glans. also the ring appears to be squeezing on the shaft and looks like a circular groove in my shaft. However the doctor said that the swelling is normal and would go away in 4-5 days.

Feeling like Chemo is too Hard
I was diagnosed 3B HG in August 2018, had
surgery
, frontline, first recurrence ( carbo and caelyx/doxil), 3 years of Olaparib, one year on nothing and now am having carboplatin alone for second recurrence. My oncologist said this would be relatively easy.

Update – surgery tomorrow, then on to Xeloda
In addition to the extensive bone mets discovered in December which led to the kyphoplasty
surgery
, they have discovered a lipoma wrapped around my spine which they are going to remove tomorrow and I would appreciate prayers that all goes well.

reaction to Spikevax XBB 1.5Moderna
At that time I wondered if it was because I had it at the very same time as the flu jab, despite voicing my misgivings at my GP
surgery
. It may well have been, but as I say, it has happened again! But better than getting covid (which I have avoided 👍🙏 so far).
