No, I haven’t had anything similar. Would flag with your cardiac nurse as I used to get this due to a white blood cell deficiency so could be that you have a slight infection. Let us know how you get on. X
Go to your GP straight away, ask for blood tests or even blood cultures to be taken. Endocarditis doesn't always present in blood tests but cultures are a more reliable test.

Good news but keep an eye on the symptoms. Dental issues are a main cause of endocarditis. I had antibiotics and for about a week and I felt great, then it came back.
The infection gets into the blood stream via treatment or other issues with teeth and then attacks the heart. Make sure you have antibiotics for any invasive dental work including a scrape and polish.
