There is rumours that the
surgery
are trying to cut back on prescription and I am worried they will stop my b12 injection and folic acid.

Keep getting chest infections
hello I had open heart
surgery
in June to repair my mitral valve. The
surgery
was a great success, I’ve recovered well and I am back to working full time. However, whereas before
surgery
I very rarely got Ill , I now seem to pick up every big going 🤦🏻♀️ And end up quite poorly.

NICE Guidelines Delay?
I need the new guidelines to fight for reinstatement of my 8 weekly injections which were stopped when I changed to a new
surgery
which insists on testing as a suitable maintenance procedure despite the flaws.

Endometriosis treatment NOT contraceptive pill or coil
Hopefully the
surgery
will stop the pain that ruins my life. However, if this
surgery
didn't work for you then what other forms of treatment were you offered? Thanks!

In hospital with bleeding, could it be tuxizulimab?
I'm now on drips, in bed under observation until they decide on
surgery
or not. Consultant has said it could be arthritis caused or the drug. Anyone on here had similar with this drug or RA ? Thanks in advance and love to all fellow suffers.

Since being diagnosed with lymphoedema early this year as a result of
surgery
/trauma I have been trying various stockings and tights which wouldn't make my sensitive skin itch.

Stomach cramps
My mum is 6 weeks post primary debulking
surgery
, and bowel resection and is still having some bowel issues. She's had pretty bad stomach cramping all day today. Is this normal? Does anyone have any tips? She's still on laxatives and drinking peppermint tea for gas.

Thoracic Endo - advice needed
I had VATs
surgery
last year to treat a catamenial pneumothorax, but air still seems to be getting through holes in my diaphragm. My Thoracic surgeon has suggested having more major
surgery
to try to repair my diaphragm and remove any endometrial tissue.

Steroid card
I've just received a message from my
surgery
asking me to download a steroid card to keep on me at all times. I guess this is common practice now. Does this mean no more blue cards?

ovary stuck to uterus
Tw - ttc after months of telling hospitals and doctors something else was wrong I kept getting told my endo wouldn’t go back to its pre
surgery
state from November 2022 of stage 2 for 2 years and not to worry about my fertility etc Multiple scans and appointments later I found out my ovary is now stuck

surgery tips
I have finally been given my
surgery
date of 6th October. So just shy of 4 weeks away now. I have stage 4 severe deep infiltrating posterior compartment endo that they’re gonna extract using robotic
surgery
. I’m quite worried about the aftermath and pain.

PSA Rising
He had
surgery
in december 2022 and everything was removed including glands. Gleason 4+5. His PSA has risen från 0.1 to 0.14 in 12 months. His doctor says to do nothing until it hits 0.2. But shouldn’t he do more? Maybe he doesn’t have advanced cancer yet.

How accurate is a visual field test?
I have another appointment the end of April and
surgery
will be scheduled if another test is not good. My pressure they think is too high. It settled about 14/15 after
surgery
, gradually increased to 29 in December and now 20 with maximum eye drops.
