facial pain after suro

hi all I had surgery 15th June 2022 to remove a large tumour. I have had a few problems after including facial paralysis on my right side after but it literally normal now. I had a lot of injections. My right eye is completely dry and they did a nerve transplant to try and correct this. So have been using drops since brain surgery . Will have to wait to see if it has worked yet.

I can only eat on the left side. I cannot open my mouth properly either. Since the brain surgery I have been getting really bad facial pain on and off but they said it shouldn’t be happening because they have removed the trigeminal nerve in my head. Has anyone else had these symptoms ?
