Having a mild pain where the surgery was done before 5 years

Hi, my surgery was done in 2018 and the surgeon removed maximum of my tumor. 5% of tumor was still left and because of that they keep a check on it with regular yearly MRI scans. This year I had my MRI scan done and the results were normal. But now suddenly today I am having external pain where the surgery was done. The pain is caused mostly when touched.

Does anyone else had this kind of issue?
