Severe Morning headaches
I’m very anti RIA or
surgery
but I think it’s looking more likely to be the only option if I can’t tolerate the meds. Any advice please?

Cataract after Preserflo treatment
I'm 4 months after glaucoma
surgery
/ preseflo, I still have blurred vision - today I was diagnosed with a cataract on the operated eye and also retinal swelling. Does anyone have experience with such a case - how to treat it (cataract
surgery
will help).

Acalabrutinib- stopping before surgery and possible side effects.
I believe I will have to stop taking it for a few days before and after
surgery
. Are there any side effects when stopping for that brief period? Thanks!

After ADT
My 72 year old husband had radical, robotic
surgery
7 years ago. PSAs were 0 until 2 years ago, then barely detectable. Had the special PET scan, 3 spots lit up in lymph nodes, (in the area, none remote.) Had 6.5 weeks radiation therapy. Had 2 years of Lupron/Zytiga/steroid.

PSA post Salvage Radiation
Prior post: My husband, at diagnosis had 3+4 on a couple of samples and chose to have
surgery
. He had clean margins and reached undetectable PSA after Prostatectomy. Near the end of 5th year after
surgery
his PSA became detectable. He did salvage radiation at .09 PSA.

Post ectopic pregnancy
And how long it took post
surgery
to conceive again? Im 36 and have only had one pregnancy in a year and a half of trying, it was unfortunately ectopic. Not sure if we should keep trying or go to our GP for a fertility test.

Completely ineffective for me and it took a bout of covid in new year to seriously infect my chest and lungs , I had to go to our local pop in
surgery
where the nurse immediately re-instated the ventolin with a letter to my gp to that effect . My improvement was incredible .

Wife of Newly Diagnosed Husband - PSMA questions
Everyone is saying the tests so far suggest the cancer is contained and
surgery
is the best option, but why wouldn’t you do a PSMA scan to confirm as best you can? I would be interested in hearing about others people’s experiences in a case like this.

Laparoscopy clear - what now?
Thanks for the pre-
surgery
advice on my previous post. I had my laparoscopy around 2 weeks ago on the 20th March. It was an uncomplicated procedure and I was found to have a normal pelvis with no evidence of endometriosis. Obviously I am so relieved to be told this.

How to wean off omeprazole
I’ve just had some blood tests done prior to some
surgery
and the results show there may be a problem with vitamin B12 levels. Hmm, I take 20mg omeprazole daily, in capsule form. Anyone any idea of the best way to come off this? I believe I’ll have to gradually wean off it?

Advice
could anyone please help interpret my results as I have not been back to see the specialist since MRI scan, and let me know what it means in English and what kind of recovery time I am realistically looking at from the
surgery
?
