Has anybody noticed a susceptibility to sunburn when taking certain anti-depressants?
(I later returned to the garden wearing a large brimmed hat) Then I read a post on HealthUnlocked about certain anti-depressants known to make you more susceptible to
sunburn
! I take Sertraline, it's on the list!

Ouch...sunburn, blisters & jogging & techno help needed
Lovely day today and had lunch and a walk with a friend...stupidly got sunburnt legs as for the first time in 35 years I wore shorts (exercise has boosted my confidence a bit). Went for a walk in newish pumps and got blisters...ouch. Home and although I did W8r1 on Friday morning, I knew if I left

Black Country half-marathon
I slathered on Factor 30 sun-lotion, wore a visor and sun-glasses and hoped that would keep me safe from
sunburn
, as I do tend to burn very quickly. We were sent off one at a time and I was surprised to find myself sneaking past people quite early on.

sunburn
on my soles, or red ants under the skin. I have cooling mats to put them on in bed and also at work. I can only wear one pair of flat wide shoes that I change cushion insoles every week. Bare feet is best.

My TSH is 10 and free T4 is 10. what else should I be tested for, any suggestions?
I had gone to the surgery looking for help after 6 weeks of boiling hot and painful feet like
sunburn
on my soles. (looks like it's called erythromelalgia to do with blood not circulating to the right places and going to extremities instead).

What headgear is best for hot weather?
Temperatures here will soon be climbing and so am interested in knowing what you think is the best kind of headgear to save myself from sunstroke /

and to avoid having to wear sunglasses which will surely be troublesome. 8-) I mention sunstroke as I've suffered from it twice before, after

Light Therapy - agony
Sunburn
without having seen the sun. Thankfully it has calmed down somewhat overnight but hasn't gone completely. And what an awful night I had. I hardly slept a wink. This morning I rang the hospital to find out if what I was experiencing was normal. Err, that'll be a no then.

First light therapy + 10.5 hours.
I think I now have
sunburn
/heatstroke. Definitely got large patches of red skin over legs, chest and I can see tell tale spots appearing on the backs of my hands as I write this. Classic PLE. I feel I'm running a temperature.

What is this? Skin Sensitivity
there's no rash or redness, but it feels like
sunburn
- sort of - very sensitive to touch. the only other thing is it happens when I am low physically. anyone else get this, and any ideas what it is.

I had an infusion yesterday (first one) and have developed a red face and chest, non itchy, looks like

Inflamed and itchy skin when using patches.
No matter where they are placed, my skin underneath gets inflamed (looks like
sunburn
) and starts itching. Does anyone else have this problem?
