update on my health issues
I can ask for it to be looked at again which is a waste of time because I have done this for a previous benefit and went to tribunal with no luck so I don't want to have to do this again and the
stress
that it will cause me as well. Why is it always at Christmas when people get bad news like this?

Nail changes? Pale nails.
Hi, I have Hashimoto's and for the last few years, I've slightly overmedicated with levothyroxine though my endo was happy to do so, as I felt better. I noticed recently that I have what looks like the start of Terry's nails - pale (pale not completely white) nail beds with a dark pink line before

My first post. A tricky start to my journey.
I broke down in tears - all that money and
stress
and I’d missed what could have been 2 good eggs. I have blamed myself for not pushing them to book me in the day before when they saw my LH rise. Maybe then I’d not have missed them. An expensive and upsetting mistake.

PSMA scan costs part 3
Increased cost, and a great deal of
stress
, frustration, made and then cancelled travel, hotel, car reservations. Will go back through BCBS approval process, won't that be fun! And probably have long drawn out appeal process. Isn't health insurance in the USA great!!!!

PV and silent afib
Push for
stress
test, halter monitor, etc. If had I silent afib and I workout and previously was told my heart was fine, then someone else could have it who also has PV. And since we are more prone to strokes, untreated AFIB could be very bad.

🍏April Quest: Week2 Why do we run?
You may want to combat
stress
, take time out for your self or prove something to yourself. For some it’s a chance to meditate, be contemplative or a time to plan.
There are so many reasons why we run
and they can be a combination of the above and they can change on any given day.

Natural Beta Blockers?
Basically all beta blockers do for anyone with heart disease is slow down the heart, I know it has been prescribed to people who are nervous going on stage and as a
stress
reliever but it is mostly used for heart conditions. They say bananas and dates are natural beta blockers.

How long to feel benefit of 25mcg levothyroxine increase?
I have always had these symptoms to a lesser degree with years of
stress
, anxiety & depression, and medicated with antidepressant & so on, & I am not sure if it connected, but I noticed these symptoms started about 6-8 weeks after halving the dosage of an antipsychotic. Thank you. Ian

Do all beta blockers cause fatigue?
I know there are other things like
stress
and anxiety that wear me out, but it just seems to be a deep exhaustion that I feel, with no energy, am unsure the extent metoprolol may be contributing to this or not.

new here lonely and isolated
The
stress
leads me into psychosis and depression. Sometimes I get depression so bad I can’t get out of bed for a week and that affects my work. Or I get psychosis and that affects my work.

Changing Room Chat...Last few days of March...Taking it easy...Taking Time out...Taking Time for YOU.
* Lose some
stress
... Our exercise, takes time. Time out of our working or family life. This may cause some issues which result in us feeling stressed. Take the time out to focus just, on those other things, family, friends or just time for you.

new to IBS and struggling!
I can’t eat, I can’t sleep, I can’t go out in public without fear of embarrassing symptoms- it’s giving me really bad anxiety and
stress
which doesn’t help symptoms either! I feel stuck in a vicious cycle and I’m really struggling with what to do to help! Any advice or tips are welcome.

Leflunomide and travelling stress!
I wrote recently about starting Leflunomide but I reckon I can't stay on it. It's given me itchy skin on my throat, a tingly nose and fingers and very loose bowels! Tired but unable to sleep. I travel by train a lot to see my daughter which has been very difficult anyway. I'm terrified of being caught

New IBS diagnosis
.. in hindsight I suppose that would be the obvious reason for the scan but seeing it in black and white it raised my anxiety and
stress
through the roof.
