I'd appreciate any stories and or information about
stress
tests.

Does this sound like endo?
I have been to see so many doctors and trips to A&E over the years, they have scanned my bowel, my stomach, gallbladder, uterus, ovaries, and all came back normal, but the pain persists, I've been told it's IBS, a stomach ulcer,
stress
, or that I have a low pain threshold and I have got to the point

Pain while taking blood pressure – is it thyroid related?
However I'd say it's worse than "discomfort" and – crucially – it's bad enough to raise my
stress
levels so I feel my heart beating faster, which I think must elevate my BP.

Keeping Organized
You need the sleep to allow you to escape from all the
stress
of the week, but there you lie”. We’ve all experienced this at some time in our career, maybe you’re experiencing that now. Nothing seems to work. What do you do?

Advice required
A traumatic year so I could understand that this level of
stress
and trauma could be the underlying reason for this awful condition to take hold. The truth is I have been in pain for many years and ignored me as always.

Shock diagnosis and 4 week wait for follow up at rapid-access Heart Failure clinic. Is my anxiety justified?
Two weeks ago I went for a
stress
echo test. It was a real shock that after a preliminary echo the test was abandoned. Serious faces and mutterings all round ensued, and a cardiologist came in, studied the screen and told me I had heart failure!

Better taper management
As a consequence my symptoms are now much better managed, my
stress
levels much reduced and I am much happier. And the new GP hasn't mentioned AA once!

Another Update (Dipyridamole)
No
stress
, no jumping, just relaxed. It was so different it was hard not to think about it. My wife even commented on it! There is hope! I hope I am not annoying people. This is all new to me and I am trying to figure it out in real time.

Mine is Different
It's triggered by panic and
stress
, so I minimize that by isolating to my apartment. But if I am triggered, then as quick as I can I have to distract, like repeatedly count, or say words or pull out my hair or hit my head or hand against a hard surface.

Hello
I feel very alone these days, I am always unedge when it comes to
stress
management and how to make the right choices. Since my diagnosis, I have been afraid that I will never be able to do anything in my life, paralysis, poor vision, migraines, non-epileptic seizures, and the tics.

My latest packet lot no is ATC 60 expiry 12/24 as was previous pack, so 8 weeks worth I have not been feeling too clever over recent months, put it down to a lot of
stress
in my life. Did a Medichecks test and results were TSH 0.005 (0.27-4.2) usual warnings re osteoporosis!

Pain everywhere
Of course it could also be all the
stress
of looking after Jim. I am off work until Tuesday, but I might ring work for maybe a few more days. I don't know what to do really? Thanks for listening. Hope you all are enjoying the sunshine. Take care.

Reversing out compared to using up B12.
What is often seen a
stress
does not use up my B12 nor does physical activity unless I experience it over time. Even COVID does not use up my B12. I thought I had achieved loading last January. February and March disproved that to me.

Anxiety & urine problems
I’ve posted a few times on this wonderful forum about problems with
stress
& anxiety. A question I’ve never asked concerns bladder Incontinence. When I took diazepam, I had no problems.
