Anxiety/worry and extreme itching
The last three weeks or so, I've been under a lot of
stress
and starting having random, intense itching. It started as just my hands, then my feet off and on, then random spots like scalp, face, arms, etc.

Supporting Egg Quality
Reduction of
stress
as much as possible but that's a struggle. I am also taking sertraline and may need some antihistamines in the future. After the devastating first round where we had 2 fertilised eggs but no blastocysts, your support and helpful tips will be so very appreciated š

Vasospasm attacks ..... again!
Am so stressed wondering what the treatment/management plan will be for the newly diagnosed brain aneurysm and the
stress
is the trigger for these attacks which wake me up in the early hours of the morning. Anyone with any ideas out there on how to break the cycle - tried the app Calm.

Trouble relaxing and sleeping
I became so fed up and finally handed it over to God and asked him to deliver me from my illnesses, both mental and physical, and am doing better, but I was wondering if anyone has tried any supplements that help with
stress
and anxiety.

Am I in remission?
My
stress
levels are now virtually non existent as Iāve taken early retirement from an extremely stressful job and have relocated to a quiet village. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

new medical conditions from ER visit
Guess itās something youāre born with and stimulants (caffeine),
stress
, alcohol, smoking can cause it. I donāt drink or smoke but enjoy a few cups of coffee a day. Was told to cut that out. And to stop taking Prozac because itās more stimulating. I feel better these past few weeks now.

Magnesium Supplements to reduce frequency of migraines
Iāve had blood tests before and havenāt been told that I have this deficiency, but I thought maybe I could try magnesium supplements and see if this helps me (especially since Iām in a high
stress
environment that I cannot avoid at this moment in time - exams).

I think the RLS pain and some
stress
here at home caused it to flare. I absolutely refuse to go back on the steroid again. My best to all and remember to put on some music and dance like no one is watching! Till later, Linda

Managing Burnout
It seems unlikely that burnout recovery is an option because of the high
stress
of PSP and my husband's growing needs and dependence. Any ideas would help. Also, I'm glad I found this page. Reading everyone's post makes this feel much less lonely. :)

I saw a different rheumatologist at my appt this week who threw me a complete curve ball by saying that she didn't think I'd got either of those things but something else entirely - where the connective muscles become inflamed due to
stress
or an infection.

in a pit I canāt get out of.
And the
stress
of thinking about it makes m3 worse. My friends are maybe offended as when I got in touch via text they didnāt respond. I understand if that is the case. No one can depend on me. How do I break the cycle? Medication doesnāt work, nor did counselling.
