Great video on healing a "leaky gut" and I found this probiotic to be the best deal on Amazon!
For myself ... I believe my PD-like symptoms is from my "leaky gut". And, fortunately after more than 2 years of self-diagnosis --- my various symptoms are still very, very, very mild. My neuro/MDS is Dr. Bozo who said after my exam: [i]"The good news is that you don't have Parkinson. The bad news

Eugenol
I just happened to come across some information relating to cirrhosis. It is called eugenol and it comes from cloves. The NIH as recently as 2021 has done studies and as far as I can tell it is helping the liver to heal. I am not a scientist so the big scientific words are beyond me so I am not sure

My baby girl.
Good morning all. I've been writing my updates as anonymous as possible but trying to give relevant information and updates to the condition. In reality I've been writing on my wife's behalf. She was diagnosed in February this year and was taking tremendous strides in getting better. She looked fantastic

CEA Fluctuations
My husband has just completed his 3rd cycle of Carboplatin and Etoposide for prostate cancer liver mets. Before the first cycle his CEA was 38 (should be <5) This number is being used as baseline. After 1st cycle it was 30.3 but after his 2nd cycle it rose to 32.7. Is it normal for CEA to fluctuate

Male factor infertility, from infertile to fertile, defying the odds!

A suggestion that is working well, for me at least. AT least for now.
I think RLS can have several triggers, as well as several things that help. Sometimes it changes and what worked often does not neccessarily work each time. It may work again, but in the meantime, you need something else. Certainly avoiding foods or substances that bother and trigger the RLS, is a

Not impressed
Decided to go through my medical notes such as they are, and blood tests again now I'm more sensible again. All hospital consultations are missed off and consequently diagnoses. Oh, and there is a gp consultation noted that never took place. Basically my notes appear to be a mess. What really

Bladder & Urethra Issue
RP 2007 and EBRT 2009. I've had intermittent hematuria for many years and on 3 occasions blood clots have caused obstruction and inability to urinate. I've learned to self catheterize in these situations which has usually resolved the issue after a few days. This time it's more severe. Heavy bleeding

Re: ?D102 test
Hiya! Does anyone know, please: 1) If the D102 test is the one that tests for the gene related to t4 to t3 conversion? 2) I looked at Regenerus Labs and on the test it says: “DI02 Support telephone consultation…Recommended: Contact practitioner before placing order” does anyone know what this

latest bloods
I’m on a journey with t3 it’s taking a while. Latest bloods reflect 15mcg taken in one dose and 50mcg levothyroxine I think I need to increase levo but on 75 I was slightly over medicated I felt. A reply on here suggested 62.5mcg as middle road which makes sense to me but pills are tiny and crumbly

T3 private source
I wonder is it possible to source T3 outside of UK as you can with NDT? Been on NDT a few years but this latest batch doesn’t seem to suit like it usually does. Please PM me if know of a reliable source. Thank you.

Was hoping for some advice please
Didn't really receive any advice from my previous post https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/151062372/help-please After dropping from 125mcg Levo to 100mcg and retesting after 9 weeks, my T4, very surprisingly, is still quite high in range and I think I still feel overmedicated. As with last

Short synacthen test. Any restrictions recommended re medicines please
I have a short synacthen booked via endocrinology NHS.As I use inhaler for COPD, I have been advised not to use it after 4pm the day before. Other than this, everything else, including food, as normal. Does anyone know if this is the only medication I should stop. Thanking you
