Baclofen
This is in the hope that it will ease off his
spasticity
. I know all sufferers are different but has anyone had positive results from this medication? He is starting on 10mg per day increasing to 100mg per day depending on how he tolerates it. What should we be looking for? Thanks for your help.

Spasticity
- Nicely relaxed, walking was just like being on Gabapentin. Wobbly as hell, but muscles relaxed. Haven't been for a long walk yet, I'll take some 4-AP and take a look. This will mean smoking dope, then walking the streets (I'll fit right in in my area of East London).

The Ocrevus roller coaster 🎢
Being stationary for long periods of time let my
spasticity
cramp me all up. When I wake in the morning it's a normal 3 hours of trying to get myself around and work out all the cramping so I can function.

Ocrevus 1 month update!
The first thing my
spasticity
has calmed down quite a bit. It's not as severe now and when it does strike I am able to regain control of my muscles much quicker and bend my legs and work through spacidic episodes. Over the past week I have noticed a new improvement.

Week 1 update on Ocrevus.
But dare I say over the past week it seems as if my muscle
spasticity
has definitely gone down significantly. I have little to no
spasticity
on a regular basis already. Half my next hair infusion next Monday October 2nd.

My disabilities are weighing me down like a ton of rocks! Fancy1959
My
spasticity
comes and goes now but is does not plagues me each and every day like it used. So that's a very positive aspect. But over the summer my disabilities continue to grow weighing heavily upon me. My left hand is often very hard to uncurl and to have much function with it.

Piracetam, 4-AP, spasticity, myelin, constipation.
If my
spasticity
is worse than usual, I am probably constipated. Full bladder =
spasticity
. So, plenty of bran, more veg, regular toilet habits, lower
spasticity
. Then, I started taking 2 grams of Piracetam, 4 times per day. Outstanding.

Baclofen pump
I believe that my
spasticity
was never at a level for which a pump should have ever been considered. I have SO much less pain now. For the right person, a pump may be a Godsend, but I was not the right person. If anyone is considering getting one, I'm open to questions.

4-AP improves motor function in patients with AMN
Treatment with 4‐Aminopyridine (4‐AP) permits the axon to transmit impulses again, improve nerve conduction thus leading to reduced
spasticity
and improved walking abilities in patients with multiple sclerosis.

Only thing different I had my worst episode of
spasticity

There was nothing more they could offer me to ease the
spasticity
. I still take gabapentin because the side effects of this epilepsy drug actually help with
spasticity
. Sending all good wishes to you:-)

My roller coaster ride continues downward...
I am extremely excited to see if it makes a difference in my
spasticity
and with my balance like it has done to others that I have kept up with with when they started the new therapy.

Cerebral ALD
My brother and I both have AMN, I was diagnosed 4 years ago and have the classic type,
spasticity
and addisons. My brother who is 7 years younger than myself (me 36) has been asymptomatic until recently. His legs are fine, but recently began having headaches and vision problems.
