Magnesium Taurate recommendation
Can anyone recommend a good brand of magnesium taurate for AF? Or any other sort of magnesium? I want to take about 200-250mg per day. I bought some on Amazon by Douglas laboratories, but it is no longer available. There is also some by Tom Oliver, but at 600mg it seems a bit strong. Has anyone tried

Magnesium
Can anyone please point me in the direction of a magnesium supplement or way of taking it which won’t upset my stomach? If I don’t take any I have tingling in my fingers after a couple of days and when I do I have crippling epigastric pain. Thank you.

Investigating the Influence of Excipients on the Stability of Levothyroxine Sodium Pentahydrate
There has been a tiny rivulet of papers questioning the formulation of levothyroxine products. Time and again, the papers identify problems with excipients of which a large proportion of real products contain at least one. I'm sure it is not the entire picture. But this rivulet has been flowing for

Advice on medication
I have suffered with restless legs for many years. Up to now I have managed with iron supplementation and magnesium spray as medication usually has bad side effects with me. I was diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome 3 years ago. Not fibromyalgia as they said I didn’t have all the sore pressure points

Back to my leg pain issue
This symptom just seems to get worse and worse. I wake in the morning and even with increasing my first dose of the day to 2.5 25/100 tablets, the leg pain doesn't subside until close to 3 hours later and then comes back before the second dose, which is 2 tabs. Sometimes I have the pain all day. It's

Do I need added T3
Hi I took it upon myself in February to obtain bloods for food intolerances as my gut issues were worsening. I am already gluten free. I was becoming so confused with the many different Symptoms, apart from the obvious crippling stomach pain and trips to the toilet. I have a long list of intolerances

“Woozy” Hyper? Thoughts please
Hello guys, could you give me your thoughts on how I may be best to move forward. I’m on 75mcg of Levo and 18.75 T3 daily. My TSH has been this suppressed for years. I started adding in T3 back in October last year. And at the same time started to decrease my Levo dose. I was on 125mcg of Levo before
