Ascites management
My weight is slowly coming down, especially since Ive really restricted my
sodium
intake. Slow process but thats okay Im just wondering if anyone else has a similar situations, only using lifestyle choices and medication to reduce ascites, and how long did the whole process go?

I am confused CKD
Serum
sodium
level 141 mmoI/L. Serum Potassium level 4.1 mmoI/L. Serum chloride level 106 mmoI/L. Serum creatinine level 86 umoI/L. eGFR using creatiniine (CKD-EPI) per 1.73 square metres 57 mL/min/1.73*2 (>60.0) which then states "below low reference limit".

Why am I experiencing migraines, muscle twitching and generally feeling poo 💩?!
(Oct 89.6)
132 (133-146) Oct 136, Aug 132 So the question is- is this an iron issue? you can see serum iron is low (but high last October) TIBC is low but Transferrin saturation is high. Ferritin only just in range.

The 2ml ampoules contain Hydroxocobalamin 5mg,
sodium
acetate hydrate,

F3 Fibrosis Regression
My Drs advice was to go on a low
sodium
and low sugar diet and not a drop of alchohol. I have a fibroscan in another 4-5 months and hoping to see some regression with all the weight loss, plus gym 4x a week plus loads of walking everyday.

My 20 year old nephew is not showing any signs
Low
sodium
levels. But that they’ve taken him out of sedation 4 days ago but they’ve not seen no sign from him. As in he is not gagging with the pipes in his mouth, not moving his arm or anything. I just feel that 4 days is nothing.

I need some help with this
My
sodium
is fine. Calcium and potassium is fine. iPTH has come way down since I started dialysis. most all numbers are stable or better. Except for phosphorus, which got to 7.2. But I have been on a binder for a while now and should be better. I still pee and a lot. Clearance is fabulous.

How many kidney disease patients are limiting their diets to plant based (vegetarian)? I did, and my GFR is almost normal.
Rduce
sodium
, calories, Potassium, Phosphourus to limits enforced through diet will help damged kidneys to be able to function well enough to maintain normal GFR etc.

Another miracle cure :)
Any opinions on
sodium
chloro acetate. I am anxious to try an herbicide on my cancer :) but seriously if you google a bit there is some sense to the explanations as to how it might help to reduce cancer. Anyone try this

Hi, why would my diastolic Blood Pressure be of recent dropping and fast pulse ,4 hrs after NDT meds please?
My
sodium
level is just out of range low via OneDayTests but just scrapes through in NHS range. Could this be adrenals due to being on too low a dose of thyroid meds ?
