WP Thyroid warning
So I recently bought WP Thyroid because it apparently only had two inactive ingredients: inulin and medium chain triglycerides. So I received it and took some today, and had a very bad allergic reaction. After reading the instructions it also has lactose monohydrate in it. It doesn’t state this on

Hello everyone: I keep forgetting my login ID and password so here I am with different name besides Beefeater.
I was diagnosed liver cirrhosis in July, 2018 and have gone vegan since to lose weight and clean out my system. I’ve lost 33 pounds and also lost muscles. I’ve included some grass fed beef and organic chicken to my diet in order to gain weight. Been exercising a lot too, I had treadmill done today

Imodium Plus Comfort
I suffer from what I suspect to be IBS with symptoms of stomach cramps, bloating and constipation. I'm doing the low FODMAP diet and in the re-introduction phase I picked up some Imodium Plus Comfort yesterday, so I can have these at the ready to take when I get my next flare up. I'm wondering if anyone

low sodium / high sugars
Perhaps you lot already know this, but I didn't know a low sodium level can go with an underactive thyroid. Anyway, this is a good example of very clear explaining (though I'm not familiar with the website). https://www.sharecare.com/health/sodium/what-cause-low-sodium-level My sodium is low and my GP

Hyper to hypothyroidism, anxiety, anemia and low kidney function..
I was diagnosed at 16 with hyperthyroidism and was put on carbimazole and propranolol to help lower my heart rate. I was taken off the approximately 3/4 years later and given radioactive therapy to shrink a growth on my thyroid. I was advised that this could mean I may become under active eventually.

Best Nutrition App
I eat at restaurants most days and I am checking out the sodium content of my favorite meals. Wow! I can't believe the sodium content. One entrée has enough sodium or more for the entire day. What is the best nutrition app where I can monitor sodium and protein? What is the maximum amount of sodium

The SELECT Trial, Selenium & Vitamin D Supplementation.
The SELECT trial (Selenium and Vitamin E Cancer Prevention Trial) [1] opened July 25, 2001. It was the most expensive PCa prevention trial to date. 35,533 men. It is touted by some as the last word on the subject of selenium supplementation (& vitamin E, which I might write about one day). However

My doctor said I could eat cheese! Etc.
As you can tell, I am newly diagnosed and I am freaking out. My doctor said I could eat anything I want but to avoid SALT. When I asked if I could eat cheese, he said I could. That doesn't make sense, for cheese is high in sodium which is salt, right? I practically live on cheese because I don't
