I find Sifrol makes me fall asleep at a moments notice, add weird lines not conversations and a bit of sleepwalking thrown in. Had a nasty fall in kitchen in the middle of the night about ten days ago. I have looked at gaberpentin but it looks like a horror story.

When I was 20 years old, I went through some severe stress that caused me to start sleepwalking eating. I wouldn’t realize that I was doing it. Fast-forward 18 years, 5 to 6 times a week on average, I would sleepwalk and eat. I get diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

Osteoarthritis,Costochondritis,oesophegeal dysmotility,Dysphagia,Gastritis,duodenitis,diverticulitis,Lupus and have symptoms of Acromegaly,Pagets Disease of the Bone,and what I suspect is Lymphoma.I recenly had a "memory block" when leaving the hospital.My GP for some unknown reason put it down to Sleepwalking

I have had a problem with sleepwalking and eating for over 20 years. I never fasted long enough, even overnight to reach autophagy. I know this 20 years most likely caused me to have Parkinson’s early. HIIT exercises are promoted for PD. It’s also the best way to reach autophagy.

I feel like I was sleepwalking and didn't realise times been ticking away. I just really thought it would happen one day. If none of my 3 work then I don't know what I'll do. I'll be well into my 41st year and are my own eggs even good then.

I'm pretty sure he is sleepwalking as he doesn't talk and his eyes are either closed or nearly closed. He doesn't remember it in the morning and I have no idea what to do. He goes to bed around 7pm and does this around 11pm(ish) it happens around once a week, sometimes once less. Any ideas?

Week 2: I was a sleepwalking zombie. There was absolutely no sign of any sleep cycle left in me. Somebody described this as an inner demon. The symptoms were only slightly better. Again, just as described in the document and still on track.

The pains are constant, I cant sleep, sleepwalking is back again.

More commonly, the side effects are ‘whacky’ dreams 😅; vivid dreams, lucid dreams, nightmares, sleepwalking and/or insomnia. Personally I used to ‘rewatch’ what I had watched on TV before bed, knowing it was a repeat and a dream - it was really weird!

Don't know what to do as got bad insomnia, in the past 6 months I started sleepwalking and I woke up wondering how I was in another room or am doing something and it felt v real, eg I was making a drink and there's a cup in front of me but that's not the worst of it it's when am falling asleep then the

Now the sleepwalking is back but I'm not taking the Tramadol at night?????? I'm allergic to Morphine so can't use that. Have been tried on so many different tablets but always end up back to what I usually take. Does anyone else suffer like this?

My son (he’s 34) fell down the stairs last week after sleepwalking since then he’s been sleepwalking more and doing strange things like re arranging his kitchen going int his housemates room and looking through drawers etc.

Two years I haven't been able to sleep in my bed with my husband because we take care of a toddler with ADHD, sleepwalking, & really bad traumas, if left alone at night, is scared & also gets into everything.

My story begins in the year 2015 when I was caught sleepwalking I had a history of sleepwalking before previous in 2010 where I did the same thing it seems to only happen when I sleep somewhere I can hardly breathe like a couch both times it was a couch.

Talk about a rude awakening! But the sleepwalking still continues. My poor husba d, he's at his wits end. This has been very stressful for him also. We have tried different kinds of alarms to wake me up, and they will work on occasion. The only thing that has helped and this was just a fluke, we never knew.
