Don't know what to do as got bad insomnia, in the past 6 months I started sleepwalking and I woke up wondering how I was in another room or am doing something and it felt v real, eg I was making a drink and there's a cup in front of me but that's not the worst of it it's when am falling asleep then the next thing that's happening am falling collapsing on the floor sometimes iv managed to wake up and preventing it other times have jus fallen down, I have only bruised myself on arm once and it stopped for a month now it's started again and iv nearly fallen down 4 times last night but next time it may be bad

You need to discuss this with your Doctor as soon as possible as it could result in serious injury to yourself. He might refer you to a sleep clinic and run some tests. ☺☺

That's distressing for you Todothings. I think you may need your GP's help with this, as there's a danger of you really hurting yourself. (Such as actually boiling water for a drink and scalding yourself, or falling over).

You shouldn't go to your surgery, but you can get in touch in the usual way, in normal opening times, and you will be triaged (categorised) for the urgency of the treatment you need, and arrangements made for you to attend, if necessary. All surgeries have measures in place to protect you, and staff and you may find special procedures to be followed to gain entrance. But I do think you should do this.

I'm sorry to hear this and you need to speak to your GP and say what's happening. Is there anything that's been different in your life that could cause this i.e. stress?
