You need to discuss this with your Doctor as soon as possible as it could result in serious injury to yourself. He might refer you to a sleep clinic and run some tests. ☺☺
That's distressing for you Todothings. I think you may need your GP's help with this, as there's a danger of you really hurting yourself. (Such as actually boiling water for a drink and scalding yourself, or falling over).
You shouldn't go to your surgery, but you can get in touch in the usual way, in normal opening times, and you will be triaged (categorised) for the urgency of the treatment you need, and arrangements made for you to attend, if necessary. All surgeries have measures in place to protect you, and staff and you may find special procedures to be followed to gain entrance. But I do think you should do this.
I have high bp and immune system is compromised but not considered to be in any hi risk group as well but even if I did manage to get through docs it just be telephone call and last time I had bad insomnia they jus said need to wind down and drink some hot milk and not use phone or TV

I'm sorry to hear this and you need to speak to your GP and say what's happening. Is there anything that's been different in your life that could cause this i.e. stress?
