4 yo sleep walking

I have a 4 year old and he has been dry in the night since he was 2.5 but the last few weeks he has started to get up during the night for a wee and ending up in the living room or my bedroom or the hallway and pulling his pants down, having a wee and then getting back into bed. We live in a bungalow and his bedroom door is opposite his bedroom. I'm pretty sure he is sleepwalking as he doesn't talk and his eyes are either closed or nearly closed. He doesn't remember it in the morning and I have no idea what to do. He goes to bed around 7pm and does this around 11pm(ish) it happens around once a week, sometimes once less. Any ideas?
