Dermatica - adapalene / Niacinamide
i recently started adapalene & Niacinamide and as expected people said your skin will get worse before it gets better however I’m scared I’m having some reaction... i did purge the first week and had way more spots than usual but now the second week I’ve broke out in tiny bumps everywhere and I’m scared

Getting back up again, sometimes it’s an effort
So last week I had 4 more Stents fitted, giving me a total of 15. 6 years ago I had a quad CABG, been living with heart issues for 20yrs. I’d finally got myself fit again, sub 30 min Parkrun, 50k trail run completed last year and managing to go running for long distances. Didn’t expect to have another

Impetigo and lupus?
Hi all, Hope you’re keeping well and safe I was just wondering if anyone else had suffered from impetigo as well as having lupus? I’ve just had my second round in the last 6 months, and I used to get it a lot when I was younger, especially stressed Thanks! Caroline

Slow heart rate
Has anyone suddenly had a slow heart rate? I had cabg x 4 in April 2019- been well since but my resting heart rate now 54ish. NHS website says +60 should be norm. Docs have reduced bisoprolol but not making any difference. Feel tired with it.

Painkillers post CABG
Hi. At 16 weeks post CABG am still finding I need to take 6-8 paracetamol a day for chest pain and upper body aches and pains. Is this the norm to other people's experiences? Thanks

Advice
So I was cut as a baby and have to deal with this my whole life, I don't really have much sensation in my dick, I'm assuming because of my circumcision, I was wondering if a revision surgery would help the stimulation, make it look better And improve my confidence, after looking at the picture what

Sleeping 12 weeks after CABG x 4
For the last four nights I have really struggled to get to sleep and felt unwell during the day. My husband says I do sleep for much of the night but I can't get comfortable when going to bed. I feel itchy all over, my nightwear rides up and I rearrange my pillows. I feel cold and shivery and most distressing

Is Swelling at top of sternum 3 months after CABG x 3 normal?
My fiancé had his CABG x 3 just over 3 months ago and the “lump” at the top of his sternum incision is still as prominent as it was immediately after surgery, he’s also got irritation around this area (slight redness and dry skin.) Does this sound normal as we thought the swelling would go down quicker

Coping with Trauma
I had to have a
skin
graft
to close the wound ... another scar and now have lost my hair at the front. I have always been very girlie and now I can't cope with my injuries. It's been the worst time of my life and I'm still traumatized and angry that this has happened to me.

Look how often letters don't come from the NHS when they are supposed to, Admin Error, we are told. When you

.? Endocarditis
9 months ago I had a new aortic valve and a single cabg where the mammary artery was used. Recovery was a bit eventful, back with my cardiologist now, who did a telephone conversation with me about 2 weeks ago. One concern I have, I’m female by the way, the left breast towards the inside I get like toothache

why am I still sometimes light headed and unsure when walking (so far between 50 and 300 yards most days)
Seven weeks post op (new mitral, new aortic, mended tricuspid and cabg -lad) I'm still feeling jelly legs. How can I make more progress? Reasurance please friends! I will get better won't I?? I quiteunderstand and support the cardio nurse moving elsewhere but a phone call can only do so much

Recent A&E visit with heart palpitations
Monday of last week called 999 after a weekend of feeling unwell with pounding heart beat of up to 150 beats. Was told in A&E that it was atrial fibrillation and to increase bisoprolol and I would be called back later. Letter receive today telling me to see my GP if it reoccurs as I have a history of
