So I was cut as a baby and have to deal with this my whole life, I don't really have much sensation in my dick, I'm assuming because of my circumcision, I was wondering if a revision surgery would help the stimulation, make it look better And improve my confidence, after looking at the picture what are your thoughts? I'm wanting to get more sensation in my penis but I fear cutting it will further damage me and will leave me even less sensitive and more scarred and messed up. I've had skin grafts on my penis and lots of raised scars and I've never felt confident of comfortable with my penis.

I'm not sure which way I was cut or exactly why I was cut all I know is that I'm left with this and I'm unhappy, advice or feedback is encouraged

Also wanting to restore my foreskin but feel like I need it revised to even do that, do you think a revision would make it harder to restore?

Hi there. One thing I noticed now. You have some skin bridges to glans. By cutting them, you’ll might get a bit looser shaft skin and more movement, too.

foreskin restoration will help you more than expect

It is unlikely that further surgery will make your penis more sensitive. I would suggest that you see an urologist and discuss your penis issues.

Restoration would hide what you don't like.

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your infant circumcision. I would agree that it is not very cosmetic pleasing. Restoring your foreskin such that your glans is covered should improve the sensitivity in your glans. I would suggest seeing a urologist. Thank you for posting.

It's worth having it redone just to feel happy about it. I did. I gained sensitivity by having the second one done high and tight exposing more inner skin but this would definitely hamper any foreskin restoration plan. Explain to your urologist that you'd like as much skin left as possible and be very firm and clear about it. I wouldn't mention that it's because you are considering restoration because most doctors who perform circumcisions are *probably* not in favour of restoration. I think cosmetically you'd be thrilled, looks like an easy one to repair but I do wonder how you know you are lacking sensitivity as you were done as a baby and have nothing to compare it to? I'm not trying to disagree with you but having experienced both as an adult there really isn't much difference. However, I haven't been through what you have. I really wish you the best of luck, with a bit of tidying you'll have one to be very proud of.
