Not lasting long in bed
Sexologist identified that i have low testosterone and thus the reason for quick Erection, he prescribed tadafil(20mg/2) and
sildenafil
(50mg) per day. I am an IT professional. Any advise for all experts are appreciated.

Tenderness behind fingertips in soft tissue
I'm on
sildenafil
and mycophenolate. I work out of doors and inevitably despite my best efforts with assorted gloves, there are times when my fingers do get cold. I do use my finger tips to 'grab' things a lot and pick things up but always have gloves on.

It's Good News Week
One poster mentioned that his Dr had recommended taking a tiny dose of
sildenafil
before injecting and he was now injecting only .03ml. So I tried that, 1/4 of a tablet - about 25mg - too small to give me a headache but wow!

I have scleroderma related PAH and currently take warfarin,
sildenafil
and a ppi. I found this https://www.england.nhs.uk/commissioning/wp-content/uploads/sites/12/2014/06/a11-ps-b.pdf. Page 12 says the annual cost is £27k, quite expensive really.

Usage of STALYON(Sildenafil(50mg)), GetGo(Tadalafil(10 mg)) and GIYSPOT tablets to cure ED/PE
I experienced side effects like head ache, dizziness, eye blurred by using Tadalafil 20mg once and head ache by using
Sildenafil
100mg multiple times. Despite informed this to doctor he prescribed above medication.

Struggling with sildenafil
Hi - I've been prescribed
sildenafil
to take alongside nifedipine for secondary Raynaud's (I have scleroderma - LSSc - and Sjogren's syndrome - all fairly mild, thankfully) and am finding the side effects really hard to deal with.

Digital ulcer update
Ulcer developed on right index finger a year ago, since then have had Illoprost 3 times, been on
Sildenafil
50mg 3 times a day, had fingernail removed (infected twice after procedure) all to no effect. The pain continues day and night and I am getting very fed up with it all.

ED: injection vs pump/ring
Not much erection anymore, but can masturbate/orgasm without
sildenafil
. Was able to have intercourse with some difficulty taking 200mg
sildenafil
(Urol.s approval). Tried, didn't like Muse, although I didn't try two.

Anyone here on Diltiazem for pulmonary arterial hypertension?
He also wants me to continue taking the
Sildenafil
I am on (already at a larger dose than they recommend) despite the fact they say PAH specific drugs should be added if the patient does not respond to the calcium channel blocker therapy.

Digital ulcer update
Some good news, the Losartan and
Sildenafil
seem to be working, I am having less Raynauds attacks even in this cold weather. Keep warm everyone, spring nearly here.

Update on digital ulcer
Am now on
Sildenafil
50 mg 3 times a day and Losartan 25 mg a day but no significant improvement either with ulcer or circulation. Am seeing vascular surgeon on 27th for possible debridement so hope he has a solution has anyone else had this problem ? Trying to keep warm now it is getting colder!

Living with PV for 47 years after father diagnosed days earlier.
He determined best drugs for myself,
Sildenafil
and Toprol XL and then recommended I see a nationally known PAH expert at the Univ of Chicago. I still visit him on a regular basis. My PV is fine and steady but the side effects related to my previous PEs are my issues.

Has anyone heard of the drug
sildenafil
being used as an anti-inflammatory for lymphedema? I saw a clip from Stanford University being excited about a oral tablet trail they were doing but I can't find what they were using or what the results were.
