About to start T3 trial, does this sound ok as a starter dose? Bit nervous about it all!
My symptoms were getting worse so I tried upping dose from 75mcg to 100mcg last year for two months, initially felt worse, endo said TSH too low, then back to 75mcg and totally crashed energy wise and gut issues (
SIBO
) so much worse.

Advice on results following T3 trial please
I am feeling generally better - a bit more energy, sleeping better and digestion much better - I have
SIBO
and the bloating has been loads better. But still massive energy crash at 3pm and struggle in the afternoons.

Is this still hypo? Please help reading test. Doctors and endo I was referred to won't help, refuse to believe its thyroid related
It's worth mentioning I was keto during this period due to
SIBO
. I've stopped it temporarily as I think it's stressing my body even more. I am seeing a functional endocrinologist in a few weeks as I'm sick of this! It's leading me down some dark places.

Can anyone help please? Seeing doc today as T3 super low & struggling with low energy and weakness. Be good to have advice pre doc thank you
I also have
SIBO
and am currently on low FODMAP, gluten, grain, dairy free (been gluten free for nearly two years now) eating plenty of meat, fish, eggs, fruit and veg. And taking antimicrobials berberine and oregano plus NAC to kill off
SIBO
so wonder if affecting thyroid levels in some way?

SIBO
my GP did set up blood and stool sample tests over Christmas as there was a significant change in my bowel habits such as constantly constipated with cramps wind bloating and the odd loose

Increased levothyroxine but felt worse. Back to usual dose but still so exhausted. Low iron and testosterone too. Would love advice please!
Also have
SIBO
which interferes with absorption in gut and often makes me feel dreadful if not careful with diet and how/when I eat. I’m gluten, dairy, alcohol free and low sugar. Would love any advice please, I feel a bit lost!

My Efforts to Educate the Scientific Community
A Stanford study determined that seven out of seven studied RLS sufferers had
SIBO
(small intestine bacterial overgrowth), which I believe is a marker for intestinal malfunction.

ME/CFS advice amongst other things...
I have undertaken
SIBO
test, cortisol saliva test and a comprehensive stool analysis with Genova to look into and digestive issues. I am GF, and don't eat vegetable oils, processed foods or soy. I eat a varied diet mainly built around whole food.

Rice noodles
The low fodmap diet has really helped my IBS symptoms, and I know fermented foods make me much worse so I totally avoid them, particularly as I’ve been treated for
SIBO
in the past, but I find they crop up everywhere without you realising it.
