Car Accident #2
I was rear-ended about 2 years ago. Not too bad but I'm still dealing with a torn meniscus and it aggravated my arthritis. I have to give a deposition...which I will chat about that later. But about 6 months ago I was rear-ended AGAIN near the same highway but this time it totaled my car. I have PTSD

Periodic Limb Movement Disorder
Hello everyone. Several weeks ago I started taking Pregabalin whilst weaning off Pramipexole. I’m now on 150mg of Pregab. 3 weeks ago, I took my last Pram! Yayyyyyy!!!!! Since then, the RLS has almost completely gone, which is a lovely result. However, my night time PLMD is quite bad. Sleep deprivation

bisphosphonates and dizziness
I started taking alendronate (70mg once a week) about 10 weeks ago. I was very dubious about it but did lots of research and ultimately decided to give it a go having read accounts from people who are housebound/ in constant pain due to their osteoporosis. Initially I seemed to be tolerating it well.

Do I need to take Alendronate?
Hi everyone, I Got the results of my DEXA bone scan, and I'm not sure if I need to be on Alendronate. (My rheumy prescribed it to me before these results came in, just saying "since you're going to be on steroids long term you need it.") Can someone tell me if the numbers below warrant me being on

Pay rise turned down at work, sending me into an episode.
I just need to vent. I had been getting on really well, recovering from a bad episode of anxiety a couple of years ago, work was going really well, I was helping the projects I work on move forward, working hard, leading well, mentoring new staff, and feeling generally a lot better about my work life

Wow, I got a full night of sleep!!!
Oh it was so wonderful to wake up with the sun out and feeling rested. I don't remember the last night of sleep I had that I woke and it was light out. The nights get so long and so lonely. Things seem ok with Cindy. I think she must have some type of disorder, similar to aspergers. Her neice is autistic

Seeking Understanding
I've had a random onset of severe anxiety and panic attacks. It started with one panic attack and since then I have been constantly making effort to direct my thoughts and body. I am exhausted and scared. My panic attacks include my hands, arms, face, and sometimes neck all becoming paralyzed. I can't

I started on Prednisone November 11 2021. The diagnosis was probable GCA. I remember writing a post on here detailing how crazy/busy my life. 101 things on the go at the same time. I received lots of replies about needing to slow down etc. At the time I had no idea just how much I would need to slow

NDT has raised my thyroid anti-bodies. What's next?
Hi All, As I just made a post with my update on NDT (good T3 and T4 levels, but TSH is 0.017, so too low), I received my latest anti-bodies results. And they went up! I've heard some people shared how their anti-bodies went up as well on NDT. Yes, I'm on a gluten-free, whole food diet, been on

postpartum psychosis
so my psychiatrist has diagnosed me with postpartum psychosis. I was on Olanzapine. 2.5 MG for a month but did not show any improvement. Now she has put me on Aripiprazole 2MG twice a day. It’s been four days. I am taking it but still not seeing any improvement. I know it takes time but I believe that
