Has anyone tried a long term supplementation of Beef Liver Capsules, they are a good source of Heme Iron, and vitamins, as well as other minerals, and Amino acids?

Yes, they are an excellent source of heme iron. I know many pregnant women take beef liver capsules when wanting to get their iron up in a short amount of time.

Yes a good supplement but will not have much effect if you're still eating the bad stuff like processed food.
