upper right quadrant pain
anyone else get really painful pain here on their period. I have been for years - I don’t see how it can’t be related to my cycle when it comes with every period like clockwork. But when I’ve had scans etc for gynae pain and heavy periods I’ve been told the two things aren’t related. I’m a little

Nervous wreck
don't know where to turn ,. I am worrying myself silly can't relax ,and as a result I am getting more migrain aura's. It's a vicious circle. The more migraines I get ,the more I worry. Would it be worth going private to see a nuero? Its going tobe over a year on NHS. The GP seems dismissive now

Anyone treated for diaphramic endo on the NHS?
I've felt like I've been going mad - every month alongside the typical endo pains, I've also had very painful right
shoulder
, neck
pain
, difficulty raising my arm and sometimes even lower rib pain.

swapped
Had a gp phone appointment this morning, and I swapped one of my painkillers for a muscle relaxant. Hopefully that will be more beneficial.

Finally the
pain
is subsiding in my left
shoulder
- it was constantly painful and was not able to get dressed or wash properly. The pains were constant and spreading across to the other shoulder alone with my neck. Lower body seemed ok. Pains in both shoulders were also an issue sleeping.

Some good news - Laparoscopy success!
I did get bad
shoulder
pain
, but lying down flat (making sure by
shoulder
and hip were horizontal, legs and head don't matter) sorted it right out I wasn't really nervous for the surgery, I was excited, but I was so nervous for my results in case it had all been in my head or not as bad as I thought

Chronic Fatigue in Pelvic Pain Disease - Endometriosis/IBD/Bladder Pain
Hi everyone, I am new to this group, and am hoping for some help and support from seasoned pelvic pain sufferers. I will give a bit of background of my medical history, and wonder if there is anyone who can relate with any aspects with confirmed diagnosis of IBD or Endometriosis who could give advice

Debilitating shoulder, neck and back pain
On 18th September I was suddenly hit with debilitating
shoulder
and neck
pain
which has gotten worse. I've had this before in May and it didn't go away for around 3-4 weeks but I don't remember it being so bad to the point that it was making me cry, unable to sleep or sit.

Relationship between GCA / PMR and vaccinations
My problem of a very stiff neck/
shoulder
pain
started a few months after my first flu vaccine and first covid vaccine (Pfizer). After covid vaccine no2 everything got worse and after vaccine no3 I started to get CGA symptoms.

Looking for People With Palindrome Arthritis
Hi, I'm new here. So confused! Angina? Early heart failure?
The other type of pain I get is left sided chest pain which radiates down my arm and into the jaw and or into my left
shoulder
blade. This chest
pain
now comes on at rest too or by simply standing up and taking a few steps. I’m also extremely tired and could sleep all day if I could.
