Denosomab and Dental Treatment
I was prescribed Denosumab injections after osteoporosis fractures in my lumbar spine. The first injection was July 2022 and given by a nurse in the Rheumatology department. I was warned at the time that should I need invasive dental treatment (eg: extractions) I would be referred to a hospital. My

I recently had a gellhorn pessary fitted at the hospital pessary clinic. While it’s stopped the symptoms of cystocele I now get little stinging sensations and a dull lower stomach ache. TKR post op review
I’ve just about calmed down enough to share this experience now. Last week was my six week post op check appointment. It was a half hour journey but roadworks made it an hour. I rang ahead to explain but when we arrived the consultant was shouting out my name. I told him I needed the loo first and turned

Stopping Firmagon if castration resistant
The cocktail of painkillers plus Radium 223 is making me very tired at the moment. This may seem like a daft question but what is the position with continuing or stopping Firmagon when you're castration resistant? Is its purpose to control the spread of testosterone that would otherwise make the cancer

The only trauma to my chest was the cv and I had severe
pain
on my
shoulder
for a week after. My AF is still there. Now it seems to be a mixture of both causing me alot of pain. Any ideas on this, much appreciated.

Advice on tapering
As I still had very slight
shoulder
pain
she booked an X-ray to rule out rotator cuff problems (a scan is a 4 month wait). I didn’t want a relapse so she agreed to keep to 15mg and review at my telephone appointment on 28th Feb.

No diagnosis but lots of symptoms
I suffer pain in my feet and have bunions and plantar fasciitis and suffer from tennis elbow and sometimes
shoulder
pain
. X-rays show that I have scoliosis. My GP X-rayed my hands and said there were no "mothy holes" and so my symptoms were down to wear and tear.
