Day 1 Lap Recovery
Hi everyone, I had my first laparoscopy yesterday and as suspected they found endometriosis. I’ve been waiting a long time for this diagnosis so I’m really pleased that I have an answer. I’m participating in a blind clinical trial that hopes to understand endo pain better so I have no idea if they

Could a fall cause a PMR Flare?
However, in the next few days, I began feeling my usual indicators of flare,
shoulder
pain
, hip pain, etc. Not quite recognizing that I was beginning a flare, I just ignored and carried on. Then my spouse, wise she is…said…you’re having a flare…and…so I was.

Neck pain 4 weeks and 4 days
Today I have neck
pain
, I think it's more my neck than my
shoulder
although it is the whole right sided area. My ovulation tests have almost doubled, I know these aren't reliable in pregnancy but is it a good sign? I also still have a positive pregnancy test.

My rectrum pain
I was diagnosed with IBS two years ago, but I have always had my doubts, so have one or two doctors whom I have visited in the past, I was literally told to get on with it, and offered no medication at all what so ever, my symptoms have slowly got worse over the months, and now I am in chronic pain constantly

A and E Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh.
Woke up at 5 am Sunday morning with severe
pain
under right
shoulder
blade which remained all day despite maxing out on paracetamol. In the evening I dug out some codeine tablets I had for sciatica last year and added those with similarly little improvement.

Conflicting information
I've no neck,
shoulder
, jaw or head
pain
. I never experience all of these things together and some days I've even felt much improved. The symptoms are sometimes worse in the morning, improving by evening, but I can also feel reasonably ok in the morning but worse by the evening.

Hi everyone!
Hi everyone! I hope you are as well as can be. After having covid for the 2nd time in June, I've now been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I already have CFS so this is a double whammy. I cannot seem to get the pain under control especially in my legs. I seem to live on painkillers but they don't seem to

Very last stage
hi everyone, Colin has been put on “end of life” drugs now via a syringe driver, he stopped eating last Wednesday, although he hadnt eaten or had anything to drink much for while, as he is now unable to open his mouth. He has lost so much weight so quickly. Getting him to take his painkillers was a nightmare

I hate feeling like this, as I type I have a
shoulder
pain
and My brain goes straight to Heart attack! I’ve suffered with anxiety most of my life so know what this is but I can’t help feeling what if the doctors have missed something, what if it’s happening again.

joint pain
The pain in my hands/fingers began in mid 2020 when I had developed frozen
shoulder
syndrome. At first I thought the
pain
in my hand had to do with the nerves being inflamed from that since it all happened about the same time.

toothache
it’s been a month now since my tooth nightmare happened. Now my dad’s turn 🙈. He’s in so much pain, had to go into emergency but useless. They said no infection or anything. Just gingivitis. Dads insisting something has to be wrong. Painkillers aren’t helping. Hope he can sleep tonight 😥

Help! Shaggy dog story and a question
My symptoms were quite random at first, neck/
shoulder
/back/hip
pain
and stiffness which would start on one side and then the other, then both, where it settled, but as soon as I thought I’d got a handle on the Beast, it changed tack!

Shoulder op & pain in (quicker to type everywhere) 😉 you might need a coffee or tea to read this as I do tend to write war & peace 🙄🤣
I googled 🙄 the symptoms in my hands which sound more like trigger finger but 🤷♀️ I've also had severe
pain
in my right
shoulder
which was one of the reasons for initially seeing a rheumatologist in 2020, I've had about 3 steroids in it since then which have worked a treat but last year the rheumatologist

Sunday’s poem Timothy Winters - Charles Causley
Charles Causley – 1917 to 2003) Timothy Winters comes to school With eyes as wide as a football pool, Ears like bombs and teeth like splinters: A blitz of a boy is Timothy Winters. His belly is white, his neck is dark, And his hair is an exclamation mark. His clothes are enough to scare a crow

ProRenal + D kidney health multivitamins
hello everyone. Recently saw a vitamin on Amazon created by Nephrologists (I think). Lots of reviews on Amazon and other sources mention that it lowered their creatinine. Anyone else heard of these renal vitamins and benefits before?? I have my dad (testing) whose creatinine went from less

the 2 mg misery( again)
then the tell-tale
pain
and discomfort in my
shoulder
girdle which made me realize all of it may be secondary to a flare. Took about 2 days for the shoulder thing to come on. Called rheumy for instructions. He has yet to call back , so last night I added the 1/2 mg back.
